A warm welcome to the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn, a seaside destination brimming with charm and elegance.

Here, traditional and modern seaside architecture blend harmoniously with a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere. Look forward to your vacation, to arriving here, to unwinding, and to our service. The house is a historic landmark that we have lovingly and completely renovated and furnished for you in a modern style. It is located in the heart of Kühlungsborn with an enchanting view of the historic old steam locomotive “Molli.”

The house features 2 bedrooms and a large living room with an open kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. The second bedroom has two bunk beds, each with a sleeping surface of 0.90 m x 2.00 m.

The living room, spacious and bright, has a sleeper sofa. A TV with a DVD and Blu-ray player is provided, as is a VCR.

The open-concept kitchenette is equipped with the following appliances: electric kettle, egg cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven.

The living area also provides access to the shower room with a toilet and hair dryer.

A crib, high chair, potty, handcart, and stroller, as well as sand toys, are available to borrow free of charge. There is also a lockable room for bicycles.

The apartment features a small porch and a small garden. From here, you can see the Molli train, right near the driveway—a highlight for any locomotive fan.

Two parking spaces are available at the house for a fee. Wi-Fi is available. Dogs are welcome upon request.
