The vacation home features a very large living area with a wood-burning stove. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Three bedrooms are available for guests; two have double beds, and one room has a single bed.
A fireplace corner ensures cozy, comfortable evenings on cool summer days or during the fall and winter months.
The first floor of the house is fully tiled, and underfloor heating creates a cozy atmosphere. The upper floor features hardwood flooring. In the kitchen, the dishwasher and stove make for a pleasant vacation. In the bathroom, the tub and shower offer relaxation after a wonderful day at the beach.
Four-legged friends are also welcome. The property is fully fenced.

Latest News: Unfortunately, the stairs along the cliffs have been temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons. The main staircase remains freely accessible. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the "Blue Flag" multiple times for its excellent water quality.

From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 toward Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 toward Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.
