- Parking is genuinely not an issue even for larger groups arriving in multiple cars



## Property Notes



- This home now has central HVAC throughout, added August 2026, so you can set the temperature exactly where you want it in any season. The home's Culver City location (close to the coast) also brings natural ocean breezes year-round.



- Owner's live part-time completely separate and private back unit. Has its own entrance and completely separate from the main house



- This property does have exterior security cameras, no cameras facing any private areas or inside the house.



## Grocery/Restaurant options



- This is a unique property for Los Angeles being in Culver City and one of the areas that's truly walkable to shops restaurants, etc



- Culver City has a rich film history and is one of the most popular parts of Los Angeles these days because of its amazing walkability and wonderful downtown



- Ralphs (4 min), Sprouts Farmers Market (5 min), and Trader Joe's (7 min) all a short drive; weekly Culver City Farmers' Market on Tuesdays (**Strongly recommend! 2-7PM**)

Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, blackout curtains, Smart TV with Netflix and all major streaming services, en suite bathroom, desk w/ charging ports and direct access to the downstairs patio.



Bedroom #3 (Bunk Room): Full over Full bunk bed w/ twin trundle (sleeps 5), top of the line mattresses and 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, blackout curtains, Smart TV with Netflix and all major streaming services; shares full hall bathroom w/ Bedroom #4.



Bedroom #4: Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and 100% Egyptian cotton bedding, blackout curtains, Smart TV with Netflix and all major streaming services; shares full hall bathroom w/ Bedroom #3 (Bunk Room).



Bedroom #5 (**NOTE:** Theater Room: this is primarily a dedicated cinema room with no traditional bed. The sofa sleeps up to 2 guests comfortably and the room functions well as a 5th sleeping space, but guests should expect a sofa, not a bed.) - Smart TV with Netflix and all major streaming services, blackout curtains.



Common Area Sleeping: The theater room (Bedroom #5) doubles as a sleeping space with a comfortable sofa for up to 2 guests. A twin-size Aero inflatable air mattress is also available for additional guests who need a proper sleeping surface. Please let us know in advance so it can be set up and ready on arrival.



Total beds: 1 California King, 2 Queens, 2 Fulls, 1 Twin in the bedrooms + theater room sofa sleeps 2 (no traditional bed) + twin air mattress available on request.



Other Things to Note:

The entire house is yours to yourself. The owners live part-time in a completely separate and private unit in the back of the property. You will likely not even know that they are there even if they are there during your stay.
