First room has a queen bed with a single loft bed. Second room has 1 queen bed and twin bunk beds with pull out twin trundle. Pull out queen bed in living room sofa.



Both bedrooms have a TV.



Pack 'n play and folding high chair with padding, straps/harness, and food tray always at the listing



Please treat it like it was your own, so we can continue to rent, and have others enjoy our little piece of Paradise! Our goal is to keep it clean and cozy.



We provide linens (including towel set/ dish towels), pillows, and comforters for all of the beds and couch pull out.



Please bring your own own trash bags & paper products such as toilet paper, etc.
