The kitchen is both stylish and functional with stone counters and stainless steel appliances, flowing easily to a dining table for five that’s perfect for shared meals. Upstairs, the second living space offers a bright second living space with a smart TV, couch, and armchair, filled with natural light and opening to a patio with beautiful views. Outside, unwind with the grill, gather around the firepit under the stars, or relax in the outdoor seating area—making every moment at Casa sul Mare feel like a true coastal escape.

· Washer and dryer available in a shared space with the tenant in the basement.

· Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.

· There are two driveways at the home. The driveway on the left is reserved for guests and three spots are available for small to midsized vehicles. The fourth spot is available in the Five-O parking lot behind the house.

· This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the basement door and actively monitoring the driveway.
