Just steps away from the hub of Main St. our newly constructed custom home, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ready to welcome you and your guests for a fun vacation by the Maine coast!

Start your morning on our upper deck with a warm cup of coffee and soak up the morning rays while you smell the fresh salt ocean air. With many breakfast options close by it’s an easy 5 minute walk to grab a morning coffee and treat or create your own scrumptious breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen.

When you’re ready to head to one of the top 10 beaches in the country, Ogunquit Beach is a 4 minute drive or 10 minute walk down the hill. Stop and pick up a sandwich at the Village Food Market for lunch and head down Beach Street straight to Ogunquit Beach for the day!

After your day at the beach, enjoy cocktail hour on our upper deck or turn on a baseball game from our covered porch and relax for the afternoon!

When you’re ready for dinner there are so many options within walking distance! From seafood, to Italian and everything in between there is something for everyone nearby (we have a great list of restaurants and things to do/see that we will provide). Hungry for ice cream, there are more than 6 ice cream spots located nearby (can you try them all?)! Live music, movie theaters and the famous Ogunquit Playhouse are a mere minutes from our home!

If you are coming in the off-season, we have a warm cozy fireplace to keep you warm, books to read and board games to play! It’s a nice quiet spot in the off season to relax and recharge. Less than two hours to the mountains for a day ski trip, 1 hour to LL Bean flagship store and 20 minutes to the Kittery Outlets.

A little bit more about our home: Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, large closet for 2 with ensuite bathroom with shower. There are also 2 queen bedrooms that share a common bathroom with a shower. The basement includes a couch with a queen pullout bed, a full bathroom with full tub/shower.

Zero complaints!! What a great place and the perfect location. Just up the hill and a quick walk to all the shops and restaurants in Ogunquit, but feels like you’re away from the hustle and bustle. The house is awesome and the host, Abby, could not have been more accommodating. Highly, highly, highly recommended!!

Home was immaculate, thoughfully designed, and well-appointed. The layout inside and out was perfect for relaxing and catching up with family and friends after days exploring town, the beach, and the surrounding area. Location could not be better. Hosts were super helpful providing all info needed, responsive, and welcoming. A 10 weekend in Ogunquit - highly recommend!!

The home is lovely, new and immaculate. And our host could not have been better. Lots of information about restaurants and things to do in the area. I always received a quick response to any question I had. I would certainly recommend.

Family Vacay in Ogunquit

My family and I stayed in Ogunquit for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. This is a beautiful house and within walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops, beach, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Ogunquit.

Everything was perfect for a multi generational family get together! The house is exactly as pictured. First night we walked to Peppers Seafood at the bottom of the hill. Our grandson loved kicking a soccer ball in the yard and the deck and outside tv were awesome!Communication with Abby and check in was flawless. We would go back! Lovely!

Wedding weekend in Ogunquit

Perfect location to relax and visit with our adult children who came from afar for a cousin’s wedding at Cliff house. Proximity was perfect and accommodations were magnificent. We made a nice dinner on our last night and the kitchen was stocked with the accessories we needed.

Excellent stay within walking distance to town!

Wonderful property - very clean, new house with modern appliances and furniture. The communication with the owner was outstanding - so helpful with local recommendations and very clear about check in and check out instructions. They made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great home for a family

The home is new and well equipped. The walk to town was quick and easy. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets. Bathrooms nice with plenty of towels. It was too cold to sit outside but i hope to do so on a future stay. Communication with owner was excellent.

Great house and even better location

This house was perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious and had plenty of outdoor space too. It was conveniently located to all the main attractions and was less than a 15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this house!

Wonderful house for a group

We had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit and really enjoyed this home. It was a perfect location and was clean and well appointed. They went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Only note is that the fourth bedroom in the basement is a pull-out couch, not a bed, which we didn't realize when booking. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

The house was beautiful inside and out, very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us and the location was an easy walk down town to everything you might need. A Wonderful Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The property is clean, beautiful and spacious and has so many of the comforts of home. Plus, the location is ideal - it's a 5 minute walk to the bustle of downtown Ogunquit, yet far enough up the road that it feels quiet and very residential. Abby was a dream host - she was accommodating and accessible for any questions about the house during our stay. We are already planning to return again next year!

Long Weekend getaway

4 old girlfriends, in both age and length of friendship, spent 4 days/3 nights in your beautiful home. Everything was new and well designed for guests. It couldn't be more convenient to the main street, although itis all uphill walking back from the shops and beaches, something for guests to keep in mind. We came prepared to drive and pay for the parking, so i wasn't a concern. It really was a restful, wonderful weekend!beaches

Amazing stay in Ogunquit

We just finished up an amazing week at this property. The host was very helpful and responsive during the booking process and made our family feel very welcome by leaving a welcome kit and info packet for us to find upon check in. The house has been recently remodeled and was in fantastic condition. The location is great - just a quick walk into town and to the beach. Thank you!!!

Perfect in every way!

Beautiful new property in a fantastic location! The house is tastefully decorated and bright sunshine flows into every room. It was sparkling clean upon our arrival. The kitchen and butler's pantry had everything we needed and there was plenty of dining space for our family of 6. We loved having coffee early in the morning on the upper deck and dinner in the evenings on the lower deck. The host was always quick to respond and very easy to work with. Check in and out was seamless. This was our 24th summer in Ogunquit and having stayed many places, this was 10/10!
