A gorgeous oceanfront view awaits at Fountainhead Towers 1105, a beautifully situated condo on the shores of North Ocean City. This bright space enjoys a private balcony overlooking the beach, central air conditioning to keep you cool all summer, a private washer/dryer to spin your swimsuits each evening, and an open living space with a full kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room.
Situated mere steps from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.

The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
A $60 Non-refundable building registration fee is due per vehicle upon check-in.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Perfect location
We lived our 48 hours in this condo. Great view of the ocean and pool. While it is dated in decor, it was very clean and everything is in great shape!

Great Location
The location was fabulous, lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Condo very clean, view awesome. Bathrooms need updating and a bigger smart tv (so we could stream) in the living room.

Amazing location…beach was beautiful. Condo was exactly as described. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the balcony furniture, add a smart tv in the living room, and wash or replace the curtains. It was just perfect for our needs though and we had a great time!!!! Thank you!!!

Overall great condo, staff was nice, checkin was easy. The views from the deck are beautiful of the ocean. Pool was nice and clean. I would agree with other posts that the unit is dated, and could use at least updated flooring (the carpets literally turned your feet black).

Nice place
The views are great. Could use some updated balcony furniture. AC is freezing, which is good. Water is hot, which is good. Bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen and carpets need updated. Lots of stains on the carpet. Overall, would definitely stay there again!

Review of property
Place was clean enough, we didn’t like the rubber mats on the tub. Germs! Place needs a little updating. Pretty view and balcony. What’s the $40 in cash for ? For parking one vehicle in lot??

great stay but needs an update
we always love to stay at fountain head, the convenience and amenities are great for the price. this was our first time staying in a different unit than usual due to needing more space. it was nice, but definitely could use a new couch & chair in the living room, they seemed a bit dirty. the rest of the outlets do need an update also, we did have to call maintenance to fix the once that were questionable (sparked, making a weird noise) because i was nervous and they came in a timely manner, no questions asked!

Carpeting very dirty , was not notified that keys needed picked up at a separate realtor address, I requested texting for communication and I had no email available. The unit otherwise was well decorated and clean,beautiful view
