Beautiful beach and bay view at SeaWatch ocean condo.
Beautiful southside view of ocean and bay off 16th floor. New flooring and shades. Light and airy! Newly remodeled hall bathroom.
Sea Watch is a very popular and desired condo building, featuring many amenities. Rain or shine there is much to do, even if it’s just much needed relaxing on the balcony, sipping coffee and watching the action and beautiful views below. Both the ocean and bay views are outstanding.
Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots. Some spices too! A keurig and coffee pot are available, as well as a toaster, blender and mixer etc.
Ocean City boardwalk only minutes away. You can leave your car in the garage and take a bus to the inlet. Plenty of restaurants, mini golf and various entertainments all up and down Coastal Hwy. Take your pick and enjoy!
Amenities include: Exercise room, sauna, cinema, game room, pool table, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, playground, indoor and outdoor pools and lovely beach to enjoy. Indoor games and puzzles in house. A few beach chairs and sand toys for your convenience.
Please bring your own linens, towels, toiletries and paper goods. ( one king, one double and one single. There is also a queen sleeper sofa if needed.) Blankets and pillows are provided.
Linens and towels can be provided by a professional linen service (with additional fee) by calling owner with details on number of people.
There is a $75 dollar parking fee for each car per stay, collected by garage security at check in. There are electric vehicle hookups available. No pets are allowed. I live here when not rented and with my many allergies I cannot accept emotional support animals either. Thank you for respecting this rule.
Sea Watch condo is a smoke free building (including balconies) and a fine will be imposed if violated. (except for designated smoking areas). WARNING! If your party or guests jump up and down on the elevator and jam it, you will be liable to pay a repair bill of around $800 . They will know who you are when they rescue you out of the elevator.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Watch. The condo we stayed in had amazing views, it was clean and felt like home. Our host was amazing, answering all questions and responded quickly. Overall a great place to stay with a friendly host. We would stay in this condo again.

Beautiful view and great property. Lots of things things to do. The kitchen was well stocked and the host was very proactive in communicating. We would stay there again.

Family vacation
We enjoyed our time here in OCMD. This condo was lovely comfortable and well appointed. Such beautiful views of the ocean! We got to see awesome fireworks for the 4th of july on our balcony all over the beach below.

Great location and wonderful views
It was a great location and a very nice Unit in an older building. The owner is very responsive with any needs and we enjoyed the visit and the views were great!

Nice Stay
We enjoyed out stay at this Condo. The communication with the host was great, check-in was seamless. The Condo had a nice balcony and view of the ocean. Great amenities for children. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Times in OCMD
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean as advertised and the location was awesome. The complex had everything we needed to make everyone happy. Will definitely recommend!!

Lovely place
The place was great! The property owner was extremely helpful and communicative. The view was and building were amazing. Our 10 and 12 year olds loved the building and all its amenities

Great location
Great condo with terrific views of the ocean! Awesome location with stores right across the street. Even a little store on the ground level of building that sold breakfast/lunch/snacks/ waters/coffee and very reasonably priced.

Wonderful getaway
The condo was wonderful. It was very clean, easy access, and at a beautiful location. The owner was very kind and responded quickly! This was my grandsons first beach experience and it was excellent. I am looking forward to staying again.

Wonderful vacation
Loved everything! The condo was perfect for 5 of us, adults. Right on the beach, balcony view amazing. Jenielle was really quick responding to my questions and so nice.
We can’t wait to go back!

Great place, has all you need.
Very pleased with picking this place to stay this year. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The owner is also very friendly. The building itself has a great playground for kids as well as a nice kiddie pool. The whole property is very kid friendly.
We give this place two thumbs up, and we will definitely stay again.

Fabulous Family Getaway
We enjoyed staying at this lovely property with such a breathtaking view. The owner promptly replied and communicated with us regarding our needs. The location was convenient, quick elevators with hardly any wait. The unit was clean and had everything you would need being away from home. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay!
Loved this condo! The entire building and pool are kept very clean. The condo was also very clean. Accurate photos and description. Great communication from owner. Check in was so easy and plenty of luggage carts and rolling bins for everyone to use. Would definitely stay here again!! Shout out to the security staff for the pizza recommendation…Pino’s pizza was the best!!

PA review
Great location. Not well equipped for familes or enough storage. Master bathroom needs updated and shower doors do not slide properly. Amenities were great.

Thank you for your input. I'd love to know what storage needs you are talking about, especially for a 4 day visit.
These condos are only so big and I"ve done my best to organize things in the space I have.
Shower doors slide just fine if you dont abuse them by pulling and pushing the wrong way. You got them off track and they had to be realigned.
Perhaps you didn"t notice the hall bath was brand new, costing me thousands as is the flooring the shutters and the sliding shades which need repair from your abuse. (that's being looked into)
I'm sorry you felt the need to have a brand new master bath too, but my money only goes so far. Nothing really wrong with it. Nothing broken,
not dirty etc. Just not good enough for you!
Thank you for your positive words of enjoying your stay, the beautiful view and the effort I've made updating so many things for your comfort. The adage "just can't please everyone," sure holds true here!

Wow, Really? Perhaps you didn't notice brand new flooring and shades and TV and TV stand and coffee table, lamps etc. I'm guessing clean bathrooms aren't your cup of tea, they have to be brand spanking new!
Other guest's claim the place is great and comfy with beautiful views, but you have nothing nice to say. WOW, just WOW!

Sea watch condo
My husband and daughters (8, 11, and 13) really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and had all the appliances we needed. The girls loved having their own room with 2 beds and the master bedroom had a beautiful ocean view. The ocean view from the Southside was amazing! We loved being so close to the beach and having and indoor and outdoor pool, movie theater, and arcade. The girls were never bored! Would definitely recommend this condo…just remember it is on the 16th floor. However very close to the elevator which was nice. The owner, Jenielle was great and very responsive. Thank you!

Rest, relax, Retreat at the Beach
The owner was a great communicator throughout my entire stay. I had one tiny issue with the pin not working on the door lock one day, but Jennielle almost instantly answered text and remotely resolved issue. Didn't have any other problems going forward. The room is a typical beach condo, small, but packs in everything you will need for a nice stay. There were plenty of dishes to use for cooking and preparing meals, which we did. Having small kids, isn't the easiest to go out and eat. We stayed pretty busy there between the beach, pools, and playgrounds (both on-site and off-site). So really in the room to only eat and sleep. There is a tub to give kids bath, it was clean, but I still gave it a once over scrubbing. She has a toy box there with some small kid toys, games, and puzzles. We brought toys, but when my girls saw these, it was like new toys to them, so that was an unexpected added bonus. There is a non heated outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, and small outdoor heated kiddie pool. One gripe I had (which is not owners fault) was older kids, like 10+, playing in a 1ft deep kiddie pool, but kids will be kids, when there isn't any parent consideration. The outdoor pool was a little too chilly for my kids (3 and 18 mths), so we stuck to indoor and kiddie pool. This is my 2nd stay at SeaWatch, will return. It is far enough away from the large crowds, but close enough to drive to boardwalk if you want to visit for an evening.

Family time
This home was just purchased and the new owner is trying to fix many things inside the condo. The location is fantastic. The interior needs a serious upgrade. The kitchen is somewhat updated but the rest of the condo is in dire need. The hallway bathroom has a very loud vent that needs to be updated. I think the location is great but I think until it is updated the pricing is very high for what you can use. The living room furniture is very bulky and takes up most of the room and has a strange layout. Owner is trying and I am curious in time how this will look.
