The Space:

Cute, colorful, and exceptionally located, this North Ocean City condo is just a quick, four-block stroll from the beautiful Atlantic beach. Spend sunny afternoons splashing in the community's outdoor pool and balmy summer evenings dining and sipping cocktails on the patio at golden hour. This condo sits three blocks south of the Delaware state line, a location that provides fantastic access to tax-free shopping and the many other attractions of Fenwick Island. When you're not lounging on the beach four blocks east, you can stroll to great restaurants, nightlife, mini-golf, go-karts, the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and even Northside Park, all within a mile. Each day here begins outside on the patio, a private, fenced space where you can sip your morning coffee in peace and have breakfast in the fresh ocean air. Then simply grab a swimsuit and towel from the washer/dryer and you're off to the beach and the pool for the day. In the evenings, come home to cool off in central air conditioning, get started on dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, and gather in the living room to stream movies and play board games. There are smart TVs in the bedrooms as well, one of which is a primary bedroom with a jetted tub in its bathroom. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great for small families

Stayed here with my parents and son and it was super convenient to get to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and super close to the pool! Will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. We built the most incredible memories and would love to come back. If I had to give any slight negative feedback, it would be the very specific instructions which were somehow very vague at the same time. We were told to park in our designated parking spot and that this rule was strictly enforced. However, we couldn’t find our designated spot and neither could the help line so we parked in the street and hoped for the best. Again, it didn’t negatively impact our vacation. I look forward to coming back here with my family and making more precious memories.

Best Beach stay

We loved our stay at this clean, comfortable and very functional condo. Every need was anticipated from all linens and right down to the dish and laundry pods provided. It is feet to the pool, a couple of blocks to the beach and central to a number of fun beach towns. We’ll definitely be coming back here!

Fun condo

Pool is just a few steps away. Plenty of other places to walk to such as Harpoon Hannah's (best chicken tenders) Ponzettis (best pizza) Mini Golf, Papa Grandes, Catch 54 and more. It's a comfy condo that felt like home. Id give it 6 stars of I could. Guaranteed, I will be back.

Quick beach getaway!

This property is ideal for a small family who is looking to get away for a few days with plenty of things to do! The pool is just a short few steps away and easy to access. The home itself was spotless upon arrival and perfect for our family of 3. Checkin was very easy and all the passwords and codes are readily available. It’s a quick walk to Harpoon Hannah’s where we went and had dinner and then less than a half mile walk to get to the beach. Plenty of street parking and very quiet! Highly recommend staying here :)

Fenwick hidden gem!

My husband and I have been visiting fenwick island the past couple years and there is no other place we book than this rental. Super clean with ample parking available! Two large rooms with their own restrooms and a cozy living area. WiFi is strong as well as the ac. Staff is quick to respond to any questions you maybe have. The pool is a thirty second walk and the beach just across the street. Tons of eating options walking distance. If you’re looking to stay on the peaceful side of ocean city with all you need walking distance look no further! Cannot wait until the next time we are back:)
