Located right on the waterfront and offering a fantastic ocean view, this 108-square-meter apartment in "Villa Undine" welcomes you. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and, with two bedrooms, can accommodate up to four people.

You’re sure to spend most of your time in the bright and inviting living area. The living area is furnished with a sofa, three armchairs, and a flat-screen TV. Relax with a book, let the sound of the sea wash over you with the window open, or enjoy the fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and its promenade. Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped, open kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and a four-burner stove. The large dining table in the loggia is perfect for dining with the whole family. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters), nightstands, and a closet. One of the bedrooms also has a small TV. If you’d prefer to go about your morning routine separately, this is possible thanks to the second bathroom in the apartment. Both bathrooms are equipped with a toilet, sink, and a walk-in shower. The larger bathroom also has a bathtub.

A private parking space in the building’s underground garage (maximum clearance height is 1.96 meters) is included. Wi-Fi is included with the apartment. You can access the basement of Villa Undine either by stairs or conveniently by elevator. The laundry room is located there, where you can use the washer and dryer for a fee. Bicycle racks are also available at the building.
