The Space:

Located on a quiet dead-end street, this 2,150 square foot home is just 175 yards from Linnell Landing Beach on Cape Cod Bay! Bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail -- you can hop on at Deer Road, just half a mile from your rental. Explore the trails and kettle ponds of Nickerson State Park, also within walking distance. You’ll find plenty of shopping and dining options in walkable Brewster. Inside, the spacious living area is appointed with a smart TV for comfortable lounging. Plan the day’s adventures in the office, outfitted with a writing desk and printer. For something more mellow, grab one of the many books in the home and catch up on some reading. Prepare tasty meals in the roomy, full kitchen, featuring a full suite of appliances as the kids frolic in the large yard. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the main patio, or relax in the Adirondack rockers on the side patio as you gaze out towards the water. Your retreat also includes a convenient outdoor shower for washing off that loose beach sand. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No steps are required to access this two-story home; however the stairs to the second-floor bedrooms are narrow and steep. The fireplaces in the living room and office are not operational.

Great location and really neat historical house. Only minor issue was that there was no dishwasher detergent, dish soap, paper towels or washcloths. We picked some up but it would’ve been nice to know in advance as most properties stock these basics.

The home was lovely, immaculate and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. We really liked the very short walk to the beach. All in all we would absolutely stay there again.

Great house close to bay side beach

Beautiful, old house close to beach and close to rail trail with well-equipped kitchen, outside grill, outside eating area, and outdoor shower. Wonderful spot for family vacation!

This was the perfect off-season Cape Cod location. Very quiet, on a deadend road leading to Linnell Landing Public Beach. The house and amenities were exactly as pictured. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Easy proximity to the bike trail was a plus. We would definitely repeat our visit to this charming property.

Best Location on the Cape!!

We’ve been staying at Linger Longer for 35 years and this property is right get across the street and has great views and lots of space for us to share with another family. Hope to come back soon.

A come-again place

The house was beautiful, well-stocked and very clean. The close- to-the-beach location was great and fun in both high tide and low. And the ice cream place is just on the corner.

Brewster House

Property was great. Well equipped and very clean. Very short walk to the beach. Our family had a great vacation!! Realizing it was a very HOT week a A/C unit in the living room would have been nice

Great location and spacious house

Loved the location - quick, easy walk to Linnell Landing Beach. House is great and pretty well laid-out - one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, three bedrooms and a second bathroom upstairs. Stairs are pretty steep, as is typical with old Cape houses. We loved the outdoor space as well, including the covered area. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was everyone's favorite room. We would stay here again!

Our favorite beach…

…is a short walk from this lovely home. We have been coming here for over 35 years, but this was the first time in this cottage. We have already signed on for next year! Well -stocked kitchen, spacious living area, extensive yard and comfortable beds. What more could anyone ask for?

Lovely Home Close to Beach

A warm, welcoming home with all the comforts, including all the kitchen accessories you’ll ever need. Carefully set up by Vacasa. Wonderful library of books. And so close the beach! Just remember, it’s an old historic home so there are uneven floors and very steep stairs to the 2nd floor.

Totally relaxing seaside vacation

Cape Landing Cottage was everything we had hoped for. So close to the beach that we walked down with our coffee each morning and with our camera in the evening for spectacular sunsets. Biking was our priority and we did so right from the house each day to use the Cape bike trail and the Nickerson bike trails. The comfort of the furnishings of the home, both indoors and out exceeded our expectations. Planning to return here again!

Charming old house loved by my family. Outside space is excellent. Patio is our favorite space to linger. Family room large and cozy. Beds made and house clean. Well stocked kitchen. Steps to our favorite beach! Once again we enjoyed an amazing week at Cape Landing!

Charming house by the sea

The house was really large and there was a great outdoor space. My only complaint is that the living room and kitchen weren't air conditioned and the drains were slow. It is a lovely place to relax close to the water. I would return in the future...

Linnell Landing

Very clean when we arrived. Well equipped kitchen...if the property owner of the land between house and bay would trim just a branch or two, there would be a stunning view of the bay from the kitchen, living room, porch and patio..the house is perfect! True to the description and photos!

5 Star Experience

Loved this old house. Have walked by it for years and finally got to experience its charm. My family loved our experience. Had everything we needed. Steps to our favorite beach. Bedroom AC units and standup AC unit in living room did a good job however something is needed to cool down the hot kitchen.

Hard to get occupancy

With the exception of the three hours it took us to get a code for the door (several phone calls, text messages, two in-person on phone and finally 15 min with a lovely gal who got us in) we had a wonderful time. Beach was soooo close.
