We enjoyed a nice week in this condo. Great location- close to beach and town but far enough away that it’s quiet. Comfortable beds and couch. Kitchen had what we needed. Our only issue was with the check in process which was not smooth. I couldn’t get an access code or WiFi information without contacting the management company directly several times. Overall, would stay here again!

The property was in overall good condition. An issue with the clothes dryer- the door was taped shut by masking tape and the detergent dispenser on the washer could only be partially opened, as the door jamb blocked full access. Convenient location.

Picture Perfect location

We loved our stay here! Beautiful place, very comfortable and clean. The four of us (two adults, two kids) could not be more comfortable here. Super clean, lovely location close to the breakwater and to Victor's (our fave place to eat). Lovely grounds, too.

Great accommodations, perfect location.

Beautiful unit in the West End. Love the location and the landscaping is gorgeous. Had a few issues during our week, but the owner was helpful in trying to get them resolved. I would definitely pick the Dunes again.

Very cute location and property!

We had a lovely time at the house and in Ptown! The kitchen is great, the two bathrooms were great for a pair of couples. It's *just* out of sight of where the noise is, which we appreciated, and we can get to town very easily. Thanks very much!

True comfort

Randy’s condo was clean, cool and comfortable. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The living room was real cozy. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. I especially loved the large wooden table that comfortably sat 6. Our stay was great!

Quiet West End Retreat

The property is quiet and secluded, but further from town than we're used to. Randy, the owner, stopped-by to introduce himself and to make several minor repairs.

Pleasant and Quiet

Great 2 BR condo with utilitarian kitchen: we cooked in a lot. Lots of space for 4 adults. Clean. And Randal was very responsive to our inquiries and needs. We will be back!!

Not too small, not too big just right!

This property was just what we needed for our trip! 2 couples who had their own bedrooms and bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo for privacy .. Beautiful kitchen and baths.. Decor was fantastic. Working with the owner was easy.. As advertised and delivered. So thankful to stay here and helped to make a great visit to Ptown!

Beach Condo

We had a great time staying at Randy's condo in P-Town. The condo was close to the beach, many restaurants and the downtown area. The neighbors at the condo complex were very welcoming and friendly. The condo was as advertised and is fairly well appointed with new furnishings. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen / living room is a nice big open area great for hanging out.

Beautiful place and great location

The place is really beautiful. Two bedrooms - one with a master bath off the bedroom, the other with a detached bathroom. A wonderful large kitchen. And a fantastic gas fireplace that took the chill off the cold evening. The location is great. On a rather main road, but set back enough it was quiet. And a short drive or a bike ride to the PTown center. The owners are very nice and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Ok rental but too many kinks!

I loved the location! Overall an OK rental, not a great experience. The Owners and Vacasa need to iron out some wrinkles to allow for a stress free vacation experience. This wasn’t stress free! Will think twice before renting again from Vacasa.

We found exactly what we were looking for with this property. The location is perfectly situated on the quiet west end of town, with everything we wanted to do in walking distance. The unit was as advertised: clean, spacious, well-appointed amenities (full kitchen, washer/dryer, smart TVs, gas fire place), first level condo. It is one of about a half dozen units in a private condo residence with on-premise parking. It’s important for people to understand that this unit sharing walls with other residents of the condo property, so you will hear others moving about above you at time—that said, the times we could hear other residents it was not offensive and quiet most of the time.

Very comfortable two bedroom conveniently located near downtown and the beaches.

This was a great getaway experience for my wife and I and another couple. The bedrooms were far apart for privacy. Having two bathrooms was a big plus. The condo was well appointed with modern appliances and a gas fireplace for the chilly evenings. A grocery store and liquor store were conveniently located about a mile away. Tommy was very accommodating. Thank you Tommy! If you're looking for a place to get away, we definitely recommend the Old Dunes.

Quiet Enclave in West End

We spent a week in the condo in July 2019. The unit had a basic set up with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), and a large open kitchen/living area. Beautiful flowers and landscaping surround this property in the condo complex located just across the street from Gale Force Bikes. The location was perfect for a quick trip to the beach or a short bike ride to Commercial Street. If you’re looking for a cute condo with friendly neighbors in West End, give this unit a try.

Nice, but high mileage

The condo was okay - it is quite dark inside as not a lot of exterior light gets in. The condo is "high mileage"....the sleeping pillows in the guest room were old and flat. Owner was quick to come and fix the toilet seat. Three stars out of five. Adequate.

Pleasant but unremarkable

The location of this unit is not too far from town, and the check in and out process was fine. I'm not sure I'd recommend it, though. The owner falsely accused of us damage, of which I have photo evidence we did not cause. He charged us, which I am currently disputing with VRBO. The unit also did not have any essentials - toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and even soap, which are standard.

The cleaners stock my unit with toilet paper, paper towel and enough detergent to get started. My HOA reported that these guests partied until 5:00 am nightly, had guests sleeping in the living room and thus broke the occupancy rules by crowding more people than permitted in my unit and they did not take care of my property. When I arrived the screen door on my brand new French doors was off the track and the condo was messier than any other guest has ever left it in the last ten years. It took an entire day to clean. There was paint spattered on the wall and it would not come off. The photographic evidence submitted to VRBO and estimates from a contractor confirm that paint spattered on my wall will cost more than the damage deposit of which I only held back half because I did not know how much it would cost to fix. If you rent a beautiful home in a great town like Provincetown, have fun and enjoy your stay but take care of our homes. For some of us, they are not just rental units, they mean more to us than that.

PTown not luxury condo!

Although reasonably equipped and appointed, this didn’t meet luxury level. Bed, ok pillows terrible, towels motel six. Attempt at out door potted flowers failed due to pots that had no drainage, that became rotten smelling after several days of heavy rain. There was a decaying outdoor metal table and chairs, one of which fell apart when seating 175 lbs man. (No injuries) . Upon arrival, no TP or paper towels....bought our own. Restocking occurred two days after arrival.

Unfortunately cannot predict the weather and so potted plants were thriving before this guest arrived. Cleaning company restocks. Table and chairs were fine when I left and we sat at the table for several weeks eating our morning breakfast. I question the accuracy of the scale used, perhaps it needs to be re-calibrated or just a cover up because tenant damaged my property and did not want to lose their damage deposit.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

Clean, modern condo is part of a very nice condo development on the west end. There are only 7 or 8 condos in the entire development, so it's private & very well maintained with beautiful landscaping/flowers, etc. The condo is on the 1st floor. There were 2 couples on our trip & we had plenty of space. Very comfortable beds, great showers (modern with glass walls, etc). Also a great kitchen with stainless appliances - we cooked in on several occasions. It was a hot week while we were there so the central AC was great. Washer/dryer also came in handy. Several i-pod compatible stereos/music players. Cozy outdoor deck with small grill. The condo also has one parking space. Overall the condo was extremely clean & comfortable, we felt right at home. We had dinner guests on a few occasions & everyone was jealous of where we were staying! Perfect location on west end of Ptown - 10 minute walk to center of town. But far enough away from the noise of Commercial St. so it was a very quiet area. Bike rental shop/food market right across the street was very convenient. Most mornings we'd grab a breakfast sandwich & the NY Times at the market. We had our bikes reserved (Gale Force Bikes) so we picked them up upon arrival. Easy & quick ride to town, beaches, & especially the great bike paths that go through the dunes in the National Seashore area. Great diner just a few blocks away (Tops'n Tip). Victor's is a great higher-end restaurant less than a block away. Overall it was a great experience with friendly service from the owners, with some nice touches like fresh-cut flowers on the table when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Ptown.
