House Rules
Minimum rental age: 25 years old
Photo ID required at check-in
No smoking inside the unit, on the balcony, or in breezeways
No pets allowed per condo association rules (violations will result in fines)
Armbands are required to be worn at the pool at all times. 6 are provided and left for you in the condo. Lost armbands are charged to you at $25.00 per band.

All renters must pay a $150.00 refundable deposit for incidentals. May be sent by mail or Venmo.
