The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, guaranteeing restful nights. The cozy living area with a sofa set invites you to relax, while the separate dining area offers the perfect setting for shared meals.

The fully equipped, separate kitchen features modern appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher, so you can easily prepare your favorite meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Enjoy sunny hours on the balcony or relax while watching a movie on the cable LED TV. An outdoor parking space right in front of the house provides additional convenience.

Our Strandnixe Residence is an apartment building with 30 units in a quiet location. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house.
Recreational activities: The spa and zoo are right nearby, featuring a beautiful, large adventure playground and a mini-golf course.
The building features an elevator and a bicycle storage room.
Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes). Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
