Whether you are coming in for match day, private aviation, executive travel, or a memorable New York area stay, this home puts you close to the action while giving you a peaceful place to return.
The heart of the property is the private outdoor living space. Two sets of doors open to the back deck, where you will find multiple seating areas, a large outdoor dining table, a professional-grade grill and smoker, and a beautiful nighttime ambiance under the lights. It is made for morning Neapolitan espresso, long lunches, private chef dinners, and calm evenings with partial skyline glimpses in the distance.

Inside, the home is warm, personal, and intentionally styled by Italian-born global travelers who love hosting. The living room offers comfortable seating, a 65-inch TV, fast reliable Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace with a laptop stand. The kitchen includes a gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, high-end Italian espresso machine, toaster, blender, cookware, and coffee essentials including espresso grounds from Naples, Italy.

The sleeping setup includes one king bedroom and one queen bedroom, both with hotel-grade memory foam mattresses. For guests 5 and 6, a premium air mattress with linens is available upon request.

The private bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, skylight, dual shower heads, towels, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, and hair dryer. The patterned windows create beautiful natural light when the sun hits, giving the space a quiet charm guests will remember.

For guests who want a more seamless World Cup or executive stay, optional hospitality services may be arranged after booking by advance request.

Private chauffeur service may include a 2025 Cadillac Escalade or select Rolls-Royce service in 12-hour blocks for Teterboro pickups, MetLife transfers, Manhattan evenings, and custom itineraries. Private chef meals may also be arranged for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, with the chef arriving with everything needed and serving farm-to-table-style meals family-style or buffet-style.

Guests have private use of the 2-bedroom, 1-bath residence, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, front porch, back deck, yard, outdoor seating, grill, and seasonal pool when open. The pool is unheated, open only during June and July 2026, and available outside quiet hours. For safety, children are not permitted to use the pool.

Please note: the home is connected to an occupied upstairs unit with its own private entrance and no shared interior spaces. Guests may occasionally see the upstairs tenants pass along the sidewalk to their private parking area. The basement, garage, indoor fireplace, upstairs unit, owner storage, and service areas are off limits.
