Large sliding glass doors bring in natural light and open to the outdoor area, creating an easy indoor-outdoor connection. The living room includes a mounted TV and a fireplace, while the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, an island with seating, and the essentials for everyday cooking and dining. The property is also equipped with solar panels and includes an electric vehicle charger for added convenience during your stay.



Each of the six bedrooms provides a comfortable place to rest, with good natural light and practical layouts suited for groups or families. The bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, offering convenience and space for multiple guests. Outside, the property features a private pool with lounge seating, a multi-use sport court, and a simple outdoor area for relaxing or casual meals. The Neighborhood:

Guests are just a short drive from bay beaches, golf courses, and the shops and restaurants of Southampton Village, offering a balance of privacy and easy access to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
