The cozy, fully outfitted kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and silver/dish/cookware. The ¾ bathroom includes shower, sink, commode. Living and dining areas look toward the river with a sliding glass door out to the covered patio that faces the river. The patio includes a gas BBQ grill and an outdoor dining and sitting area with river views. Easy access to the river.



The property can accommodate 2 (adults only) in a queen bed. Gas heat, thermostat controlled.
