Landhaus Amselhof Classic Residences 5

The Amselhof Country House is an elegant property built in the style of a Black Forest farmhouse with a hipped roof. Your vacation rental, No. 5, is located on the 1st floor of the building. You’ll enter the spacious living area, which features a sleeper sofa, TV, kitchen, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a furnished balcony with a view of the garden. A staircase leads up to the mezzanine, the sleeping area with a shower, sink, and toilet. Next to it is a separate small storage room with a sink. Garden furniture is available for our guests in the garden. In the spa area, you’ll find a Finnish sauna with a small library, lounge chairs, and showers; next door is the laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board. Hiking trails run right past the front door, and the Adler ski jump is within walking distance; the lively town center and the train station are also easily reached on foot. In summer, various lakes, swimming pools, and water parks are easily accessible; in winter, the ski lifts and cross-country trails in Hinterzarten, as well as the numerous other winter sports areas in the surrounding region, are within easy reach.
Please note that we are required to pay a visitor’s tax to the municipality of Hinterzarten.

VISITOR’S TAX:
We are required to pay the guests’ visitor’s tax to the municipality. Per person/night €2.90, children ages 6–15/night €1.20, payable at the accommodation.
DOG:
We charge a service fee of €15 per dog. If you bring more than one dog, this fee for the second dog must also be paid at the accommodation, as Vrbo only allows one dog to be included in the online booking.
EXTRA BED:
For extra beds that exceed the standard occupancy, we charge a service fee of €20. This fee is a one-time charge for children up to 16 years of age; for guests 17 years of age and older, this fee applies per night.
