The Space:

Welcome to Sunset Sands where coastal comfort meets style and convenience in Oak Island! Just across the street from the beach, this stunning 5-bedroom, 6-bath home is perfect for families and groups seeking a relaxing, sun-soaked getaway.



The top level boasts two king bedrooms, private balconies, and attached bathrooms with a spacious walk-in tile shower. Enjoy dinner and a view from the dining room, as the ocean shimmers just across the street. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs, making meal prep a breeze. Ideal for morning coffee or an evening cocktail, the deck and covered porch both are accessible from the living area, which is both bright and cozy. An elevator is available with access to all levels.



The mid level features two queen bedrooms (with private baths) and a room with two single beds, with attached bath, perfect for kids or extra guests.



An evening BBQ must be on the agenda, where your group can splash in the private pool while the grill master of your group fires up the propane grill. The hot tub is the perfect spot to unwind and relax at the end of the day, and the backyard is entirely turf. An outdoor shower is available to help keep the home comfortably sand free after a beach day - the beach access is only a 3 minute walk away! You can spend your days soaking up the sun, surfing the waves, or strolling along the sand. Parking is available at the home for up to 6 standard vehicles.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
