- No A/C – Most homes in McCall don't need it. Cool mountain nights, ceiling fans, and fresh pine air keep things comfortable. We recommend opening windows in the evening and closing them in the morning to lock in the cool.

- Exterior Security Cameras:
This property has two exterior security cameras for security and property protection. One doorbell camera is located at the front entrance, and one camera is located on the back patio. The back-patio camera does not have the hot tub in view. Both cameras may record video and audio 24/7. No cameras are located inside the home.

- Garage not accessible to guests – The garage is reserved for owner use. Please use the driveway — it fits 2-3 vehicles comfortably. Street parking is not permitted in this neighborhood.

- Rental Agreement & Guest Verification Required – All guests must complete a simple rental agreement and ID verification prior to check-in.
