2-room apartment for up to 4 people, approx. 37 m². Bedroom with a double bed, living room/bedroom with a double sofa bed, TV, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area, balcony or terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and parking space available.

The 2-room apartment is located on the top floor (3rd floor), which you can easily reach by elevator. Through the small entryway, you enter the light-filled living/dining room. It features a bright, fully equipped, comfortable built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, oven, electric stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a microwave. Additional amenities include a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee maker, a milk frother, a kettle, a toaster, and an egg cooker.

The cozy couch can be converted into a double bed with a mattress (140 cm x 200 cm). Entertainment is provided by a large LED flat-screen TV (43") and a stereo system. We have set up a dedicated Wi-Fi connection for the apartment, which you can use free of charge.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and offers plenty of storage space. A hair dryer is provided.

The bright bedroom features a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm, two single mattresses) with storage drawers, as well as a spacious mirrored wardrobe.

From the living room, you have access to the balcony, where you can start your day with breakfast in the sun and end the late afternoon with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the sun.

The swimming pool and sauna are easily accessible via the elevator.

Parking space number 36 is available for you on the building’s own parking deck.



Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated vacation apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 vacation apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to the apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to an alternative parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
