Close to nightlife and great restaurants, but located in beautiful quiet dog friendly historical neighborhood.

The space
Guests have private stand-alone cottage on large property with private driveway and outdoor space. Cottage is 1 bedroom (king bed), 1 bathroom (walk-in tiled shower) kitchenette, dinning area, and living room with pull-out sofa.

Kitchen includes stove top, oven, mini fridge and freezer, wine refrigerator, keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, and microwave.

Bedroom includes king size bed, closet with hangers, and dresser.

Living area includes recliner and pull-out sofa.

Guest access
Guests have private cottage with separate driveway from main residence. Guests have their own outdoor grill and picnic table. Guests also have access to full residence property with use of corn hole, bocce, and hammock.
Guests have access to pond on property with use of kayaks, and SUP. Guests swim and boat at own risk and are required to use life jackets provided while on the pond.
