This beautiful villa is furnished in a modern and very tasteful way. Parquet in all rooms including bathrooms. The villa has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms (2 king size beds, and 1 queen size bed) and 3 en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV.

The modern kitchen invites you to cozy cooking evenings and a spacious dining area offers enough space to eat the delicious prepared dishes. The cute living room has a big smart TV, couch and love seat and a dining area. For your car a big garage is available.

The home is very well equipped to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay for couples or families. It has plenty of room for lounging and dining, indoors or out.

The pool area with heated pool and waterfall is completely screened to protect against insects, so that an outdoor living is possible until late in the evening to watch the lovely sunsets.

The villa is located in the south of Naples in the quiet and gated community Calumet Reserve within the beautiful landscaped Lely Resort in Naples. From the terrace you have a wonderful view - it’s as if you were living in a large park, the public 18 hole golf course “Mustang”.

From the home it is just an approx. 8 miles drive to downtown Naples and Naples Beach.

Come and watch beautiful sunsets from the best beaches in Florida. Watch the flying fish, sea turtles or even a manatee and with a little luck a couple of dolphins may come by. Everything is available for your visit to one of the great beaches like towels, beach chairs, etc.

Beaches are with water sports and activities such as kayaking / canoeing, boating, shelling, fishing, jet skiing, and sunset cruises.

If you prefer shopping or to go out for dining … the downtown Naples 5th Avenue or 3rd Street and the Naples Coastland Shopping Mall are only 15 minutes away, the Mercato market and Waterside Shops 25 minutes, the Miromar Outlets 30 minutes.

Golf courses and parks are only minutes away in every direction. Miniature Golf is 10 minutes away, Publix grocery and CVS pharmacy are 6 minutes away.

The prices shown are valid for an occupancy of up to 4 persons.

The weekly rate includes a $35 electricity fee; any additional kWh will be charged at $0.14 per kWh. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out.
