The idyllic town of Bischofsheim is located right on the Lower Franconian Rhön Biosphere Reserve at the foot of the Kreuzberg. We offer you peace and relaxation in a pleasant atmosphere, in modern, individually and sustainably renovated apartments situated right next to meadows, fields, and hiking trails.
Our family-run sports shop, which has been in the family for decades, is located in the building. In the summer, it offers e-bike and mountain bike rentals, and in the winter, cross-country and alpine ski rentals—plus, of course, a great selection of sports and outdoor gear (a little bonus: 10% off for our guests). With a magnificent view of the Kreuzberg, you can truly unwind.

Wood, natural, cozy, sustainable—that’s exactly how the vacation rental is furnished. The moment you step inside, you’ll smell the scent of wood.
The Rotmilan vacation rental features a double bed (2x2.2m) and a pull-out couch (140x2m), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the light-filled living-dining area, you can cook your own meals to your heart’s content and wind down the evening on the terrace with a view of the Kreuzberg.

Bed linens and towels can be booked as needed:
Bedding: 10€ per person
Towels: 8€ per person

The city of Bischofsheim charges a tourist tax of 1€ per day per adult, payable in cash upon arrival.
Since cleaning takes much longer when dogs are present, a one-time pet cleaning fee of 50€ applies.
