This is a very nice condo. The only thing I would change would be the sliding storm doors. They need to be replaced. Had towels in the tracks when we arrived to keep rain from coming in. Could hear the wind whistling coming in. Also pieces of trash came in under door when wind was blowing really hard.

I Expected More

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had emailed the day before for an early check-in, which you were not able to do. I get that, but I expected to be able to get in the property at check-in time and everything be ready. The floor was not clean. The windows needed cleaning. The patio was dirty. I did not complain to anyone, just noted it for my next PCB trip. Property Management was great when I called before my trip.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly appreciate it, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We always do our best to accommodate early check-in requests whenever possible, but availability depends on when our cleaning team is able to complete and inspect the unit. I apologize that we were unable to provide a smoother experience for you. I am especially sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns you encountered. That is certainly not the standard we strive to provide. As part of our commitment to our guests, we make follow-up calls after check-in so that if anything has been overlooked, we have the opportunity to address it as quickly as possible. We truly hope you'll give us another opportunity to host you. Please feel free to reach out to me directly before your next stay, I would love the chance to personally help ensure you have the exceptional experience you deserve. Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you back soon.
