Beachfront, Gulf Views from Every Room + Dogs Welcome

Charlie’s Place is our beachfront home on the quieter West End of Panama City Beach.

What makes it special is the view. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a rare layout mean both bedrooms face the Gulf, so everyone gets to wake up to the water. Step outside to the private balcony for coffee, dolphin watching, or an evening sunset.

Seachase is a smaller 64-unit beachfront building with direct beach access — a quieter alternative to PCB’s larger resorts while still close to Pier Park and an easy drive to 30A and Rosemary Beach.

A few things to know: This is a 6th floor 1985 beachfront condo that we’re continuing to improve. With all that floor-to-ceiling glass and Florida sunshine, the guest bedroom can run warmer during periods of strong sun even with the central A/C running. Guests must be 25+ to book, up to two dogs are welcome, and trailers are not permitted on the property.

Wonderful communication from host and a 100% unobstructed beach/ocean view. Very much enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows facing the ocean across the entire condo. Sliding balcony doors in all living areas is nice plus! Comfortable beds and furniture with Smart TV’s and all amenities needed. Enjoyed Plubix fresh ground coffee from the traditional 12 cup drip coffee maker . Definitely will be booking this stay again!

We had the best stay! The condo was super clean and we loved that it was dog friendly. We also enjoyed that it was within walking distance of McGuires. Our host was super quick to respond to a question or request. We would definitely stay here again.

What an amazing time my sister and I had. This is our second time staying in this condo and the 4th at SeaChase in total. It is such an underrated stay and perfect for peace and quiet. Can’t wait to do it again!

We enjoyed our stay and our family visit. The location is great, close to Pier Park, restaurants and stores. The property is exactly according to photos and the listing. Loved that both bedrooms had ocean views!

Our host, Corri, was very welcoming and the amenities were in good condition. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room was spectacular! December is quiet on Panama Beach which was fine.Towns along 30A were only 15 to 20 minutes away and there was enough activity there to keep us busy.

Best vacation ever!

We had a wonderful time! I loved how the condo is located near all of the action but far away from it to have plenty of room and relaxation at the beach! Our host was wonderful and always responded immediately to our questions. The place was great for our dogs as well! We can’t wait to go back!

Fabulous Panama vacay!

The property was clean. We had a good vacation. The air conditioner worked great even though we read reviews that it was not that good so we were pleased.

We love the location. We wish, for the price, we were also given two beach chairs daily, with an umbrella because others at Seachase condos were. Also the water proof covers on the two queen beds with the egg shells, were very loud when you moved and very annoying. If we were very deep sleepers, guess they would have been acceptable. We still enjoyed our visit.

We understand the benefits of beach service chairs, but we have tried to give our guests a different option by providing four nice beach chairs in the unit with fold out sunshades. These can be placed anywhere on the beach and have no time limits for those that like to enjoy the sunset in the evening. We appreciate your feedback and continue to discuss these options with our guests to determine what most guests prefer. In regards to the mattress covers, these are actually “bedbug“ protectors which eliminate the risk of settling or transfer of bedbugs. While they do make a sound, we wanted to do our best to make sure each and every guest has a safe, enjoyable, and clean experience at the condo. Again, we appreciate your feedback and always use it for discussion on how we manage the condo moving forward. Thank you!

We first stayed at Seachase as guests with our Yorkie, Charlie, and fell in love with the Gulf views and quieter West End of Panama City Beach.

We loved it enough to eventually make the slightly crazy decision to buy a place of our own — and, of course, name it after Charlie.

We personally host Charlie’s Place and don’t use a property management company. We’re slowly making it our own and improving it along the way.

We know how much it means to travel with the whole family, including the four-legged members, which is why dogs are welcome here.

Charlie’s Place is our home away from home, and we hope it feels a little like yours while you’re here.

We chose the west end of Panama City Beach because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. You'll enjoy a quieter stretch of beautiful white-sand beach while being just minutes from Pier Park, great restaurants, shopping, and the scenic communities along 30A.

Our favorite part is starting the day with coffee on the balcony and ending it with breathtaking Gulf sunsets. It's the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything the Emerald Coast has to offer.

One of the things that makes our condo truly special is that both bedrooms face the Gulf; a rare feature that allows everyone in your group to wake up to breathtaking water views.

The spacious private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch for dolphins, or unwind after a day at the beach. The condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, fast Wi-Fi, and direct beach access.

We're also proud to be dog friendly because we know vacations are even better when the whole family can come along.
