• If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.

• Some amenities are managed by the HOA (such as the pool) and may occasionally close for maintenance or cleaning. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity-related issues.

• Construction or renovations may occur in the nearby area without prior notice to us.

• Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire resort, except the front desk. Your condo is fully private, and we’re always available if you have any questions or need assistance.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is located in the International Drive area, one of Orlando’s most popular tourism corridors. Guests are just minutes from restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and major attractions throughout the city. This is a resort



Getting Around:

• The easiest way to get around Orlando is by car

• Free on-site parking is included for your convenience

• Most major attractions are a short 5–20 minute drive away

• Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available in the area

• International Drive also offers access to trolley and shuttle routes to select attractions

Getting around International Drive, Orlando, without a car is not a problem, there's I-Ride!!!

⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program—you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing small mishaps are taken care of. (Note: this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. This self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only, such as linens, towels, and glassware.)



🐜 Pest Note: We treat the property regularly, but due to Florida’s climate, occasional pests may still appear. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address any concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties. As these are outside our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related inconveniences.



👶 Pack ’n Play: Must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. As these items are shared across units, we recommend requesting one at the time of booking to confirm availability. Not all listings include them, so please check the amenities or contact our team in advance.



🗑️ Additional Supplies: May be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

📦 Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after departure.
