The Space:

Escape to Fairway Heights — a peaceful treetop retreat overlooking the beautiful 17th hole at the prestigious Pointe Royale Golf Club. Nestled among the trees in a quiet top-floor setting, this cozy yet spacious one-bedroom, one-bath condo is the perfect place to relax after a day enjoying Branson, golf, shopping, or the lake.



Step inside and feel right at home with comfortable furnishings, warm natural light, and serene golf course views from your private deck. Sip your morning coffee while watching golfers below or unwind in the evening surrounded by the peaceful Ozark setting.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for preparing meals during your stay, along with dining space for four and additional granite counter seating for casual breakfasts or snacks. The inviting living room features a queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV with cable, DVD player, a selection of movies, and an oversized rocking recliner designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation.



The private bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with soft linens provided, creating a restful space to recharge. Or a place to snuggle and take in your favorite Netflix movie. Direct access to the bath with granite countertops and tub/shower combo. Bath linens provided.



Guests at Fairway Heights enjoy access to the many resort amenities at Pointe Royale Golf Club, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness center, walking trails, clubhouse dining, playgrounds, and gated resort security. Located just minutes from the Branson Strip, Branson Landing, Lake Taneycomo, and area attractions, you’ll have the perfect mix of relaxation and entertainment.



Please note: Fairway Heights is a top-floor condo and requires climbing stairs. Guests must be comfortable using stairs (no elevator) as the unit is not handicap accessible.

Being on the top floor also means no guests above you, giving you extra peace and quiet from overhead noise during your stay.

We strive to provide a serene environment for our guests: however, please note that there may be occasional noise disruptions due to nearby activities or neighbors. We want to ensure transparency and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Since located on top floor you will have no one above you! Must be able to do stairs. No elevator. Approx 21 steps
