The lovingly furnished middle townhouse “Möwe” offers 69 m² of living space—plenty of room for a relaxing vacation—perfect if you’re looking for a comfortable beach vacation home where you can bring your dog. The two-story house is situated in a quiet location within the idyllic Freesenbruch vacation park in Zingst, just about a 15-minute walk from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.
On the first floor, the cozy living area with a sofa, TV, and DVD player invites you to relax. The dining table comfortably seats up to four people. From the living area, you have direct access to the furnished terrace—ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a family barbecue in the evening.
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped: a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher leave nothing to be desired. A separate guest restroom and a convenient entryway area are also located on the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms—one with a double bed (two mattresses, each 90×200 cm), the other with two single beds—as well as a modern bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Your dog is also welcome here! This beachfront vacation home that welcomes dogs offers not only comfort but also the ideal setting for long walks in nature or along the seashore.
For younger guests, the vacation park features a large playground with a climbing frame, slide, carousel, sandbox, ping-pong table, swings, and even a real play ship. A fenced-in swimming pool is available free of charge year-round, and the sauna can be used for a fee by prior arrangement.
The “Waldhaus” restaurant will treat you to Nordic-Bavarian cuisine (Reservations: 0179-1495432). Two charging stations for electric cars have been available since 2024 in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.

Facilities:

The vacation park is situated on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly located at the edge of the forest.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

Children can play and run around to their hearts’ content on a large lawn.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a merry-go-round, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

It’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been two charging stations, each with two charging ports (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
