Plan the ultimate ski getaway at this welcoming, two-bedroom Ketchum vacation rental within walking distance of the lifts at Warm Springs! Perfect for family or friends traveling together, this inviting space will help you create one-of-a-kind memories year-round. The condo is nicely laid out, with a beautiful brick gas fireplace in the living room where you can warm your toes in the evenings, as well as brand new memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms (as of July 2020). In the evenings, borrow a book from the shelf and curl up on the couch for some quiet, relaxing reading time, or settle in in front of the large flatscreen TV with cable and Blu-ray for even more entertainment options.

The condo grounds are meticulously landscaped, with lush green grass in the summer and snow-covered trees in the winter. Three outdoor hot tubs are available, as well as a large outdoor pool that's heated on chillier days. The athletically inclined can practice their games on two tennis courts and two pickleball courts, and kids will love playing on the jungle gym. A beautiful shared outdoor area has a large fireplace for guest use, so be sure to pick up some steaks and beer while you're out and about.

What's nearby:
Let's talk about skiing! From this vacation rental, the lifts at Warm Springs are just a short stroll away. Spend the day skiing or snowboarding on the slopes, then stop by Warm Springs Day Lodge at the base of Bald Mountain for a post-ski snack. Other dining options include Apple's Bar and Grill for great burgers and beer and Irving's Red Hots for Chicago-style hot dogs (please note that seasonal hours/openings may vary). Of course, winter is not the only time you'll want to visit. In summer, the area is a playground of outdoor activities, with everything from hiking and biking up and around the mountain to baitcasting, spinning, and fly fishing in Warm Springs Creek. A system of paved multi-use trails called the Wood River Trails connects many of the communities around Ketchum and is great for biking, jogging, and skating - in the winter, it's even used for cross country skiing and snowshoeing.

The property was clean and in a great location. The rooms were pretty warm throughout the night even with the fans on and windows open. The beds were pretty hard compared to our beds at home. Overall the condo was cozy and great for a small family.

Very nice place.The only problem was that they did not send me the access code for the door.I had to stand on the front porch for some time while on hold waiting for the rental agency to answer and give me the code. It was not included in the email they sent me

Great Location

It was perfect. I loved the location and the river that ran along the back deck was lovely. Listening to the water, relaxing while drinking some wine in the evening was fabulous. I will definitely come back!

Very comfortable and clean. It is "old fashioned" like you are staying at Grandmas house but that is what makes it so cozy. We will choose this rental again.

Creekside location was great

The creekside patio was relaxing and saved the trip for sure! While the codo was clean, the smell of cigarette smoke was super unpleasant. The inside space is dated definitely does not have furniture for 4 adults comfortably .

Ketchum you betcha

Ketchum is a great area! Great scenery, hiking, restaurants, & friendliness! Our little condo was cozy and comfortable. Some cleanliness /maintenance issues: dirty cup in cupboard, patio furniture dirty, flickering kitchen light, bikes were not ridable. Otherwise had a lovely stay with brother & sister in n law. Riverfront deck was excellent!!

Lovely property; Vacasa sucks

Property had all that was required for a home away from home. Simple lovely. Vacasa didn't supply the unit number, so we spent the better part of an hour waiting to speak with a human (in the cold Idaho winter) before we could check in. And we were subsequently inundated with follow-up upsell emails/texts. Will never rent a Vacasa property again.

1. Dealing with Vacasa is a nightmare. Avoid this property and any others managed by Vacasa like the plague! Inflexible, inefficient, complete pain in the rear.2. The property is old and most items in it are long outdated. The cookware is all decades old scratched non-stick pans full of poisonous PFAs. The bathtub has no stopper. Vacasa promised for four days to bring a stopper and replace the cookware but no one ever showed up. I couldn't cook in the kitchen and couldn't use the bathtub, so I left and switched to another unit at my cost. Never got any refund from Vacasa. Nightmare experience. Never again! Pick another place.

A Gem in Sun Valley

We loved our stay at this townhouse in Ketchum, the heart of Sun Valley! We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops from this townhome. The place is exactly as described and came with many little "extras", like washing detergent and dryer sheets for the washer & dryer. Lots of coffee choices and filters were in the cupboard. There is no air conditioning, but lots of fans were provided and the air gets cool enough at night that we were very comfortable. But the biggest plus of this place is the deck that is located right on Trail Creek! This place was our haven from the chaos and heat of Sun Valley in the height of summer! We relaxed most afternoons and evenings in the comfortable deck furniture provided. The birds, rabbits and chipmunks provided all the entertainment we needed! We would definitely stay at this town home again!

Ketchum townhome

The townhome was very nice and spotless. Very well stocked kitchen. The very large seating furniture was comfortable but maybe too big for the room, and the dining area could not have supported two couples for dinner as there were only three chairs for the table. The front bottom wheel on the back sliding door onto the deck was off the rail which made it difficult to shut and lock. I wish there had been locks for the bikes as we did not feel safe about taking them out and being able to go out to coffee, etc. without locking the bikes up. I would have liked to have given it five stars except for these few details. We would definitely stay at this property again.

great place,

dont really have alot to say about the property. i checked in at 11pm. and checked out the following morning. did not get time to enjoy the property or the multulipul days i payed to stay due to family emergency. im sure whom ever choose this property for future stays in the future will love it. please leave a review at end of your stay or u will be bombarded with emails untill u do. in the future honestly wont rent a vassca property again. i enjoy going on vacation in peace. im a very peaceful quiet, and clean renter. I respect the propertys i rent as if they were my own. but the constent harrasment and email bombardment about feedbacks after a stay is just not something i have time for.
