Escape to the peaceful Trails Edge neighborhood at this inviting Mountain Village condo, tucked away in a quiet setting just minutes from the Mountain Village core. Surrounded by forest and mountain scenery, the home combines rustic character with comfortable, refined touches and convenient access to outdoor adventures in every season.

Inside, warm neutral tones create a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by hardwood floors and river rock accents that bring a natural mountain feel to the space. Large windows look out toward the surrounding forest and blue mountain skies, creating a beautiful backdrop as you relax indoors.

The living area offers a comfortable place to gather after a day outside. Settle in on the sofa and enjoy the warmth of the fire while snow falls outside during the winter months, or simply take some time to slow down and enjoy the peaceful setting.

When winter arrives, the Double Cabins ski run is just outside the condo, providing convenient access to the mountain. Step out in the morning and make your way onto the slopes before returning home to warm up and relax by the fire.

Summer brings its own opportunities for adventure, with hiking trails throughout the area near the Telluride Golf Course and disc golf course. Spend the day exploring the trails, enjoying the mountain scenery, or discovering more of what Mountain Village and Telluride have to offer.

The deck provides another place to enjoy the setting throughout the year. Start the day with coffee surrounded by the forest or settle in during the evening to watch the sun move across the horizon and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Had a great time. Only issue is there was no toilet paper when we checked in so we had to go buy our own and the dishwasher was not emptied by the cleaning staff.

Great place for families!

This place is great for a family! We have 3 boys from teens to almost double digits and we had an incredible time!! The ski-in/out is fantastic and the condo had all the amenities we could ask for!

Family Ski Trip

Great condo in a great location. Ski in ski out with grocery store within walking distance. 15 minute drive to telluride or take the free gondola is perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Really nice location. However the home is in need of an update, really needing new furniture in the living room and porch; what is there now is practically unusable

Trails Edge 12 - Luxurious, quiet, private, and convenient

This property provided everything we wanted. The kitchen and living/dining area was comfortable and well stocked so cooking and dining was easy. We really liked the location too. Close enough to walk to the gondola/market area; plus a beautiful view.

Unmatched views

The condo is in a perfect location. So convenient to the market and the gondola. The views of the mountains and the fall color change of the aspens were breathtaking.

Nothing but the best

Everything from the instructions on how to access our stay, to the thoughtful quality of hand soaps available at this residence, were fantastic. We felt right at home and the amenities/resources provided to help us stay clean and organized were lovely. The location is absolutely ideal, just a nice walk to the Gondola and nearby market, which had everything we needed to both enjoy some meals out, as well as cook some meals at home. Loved this stay!!! Thank you.

Great Property

Our favorite location; short walk to Double Cabin, short walk to Village Market & Gondola. Beautiful and Comfortable Furnishings. Brittany and Mollie, local property managers, were so accommodating with any request and responded quickly to our questions. We will book this again, Great Stay :)

Pleasant & Enjoyable Experience

We enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient, Property was well kept, clean, comfortable. Especially that couch! Easy access to everything. The low profile, hands-off, all text email communication was great. We were able to arrive, enjoy our family, and check-out without any issues. Garage door opener provided was great to have. Very comfortable stay. Very enjoyable overall.

Views and location

Large condo in the Mountain Village. Walking distance to market and gondola. Gondola will take you into town of Telluride. Quiet, clean, spacious. Beds were comfy. Have your own parking space. View out living room is spectacular. Would stay here again. Note to management: lights above stove do not work,. Sink to the right in master bath may be leaking from the faucet.

5 Night Stay

The beds need to be replaced. They’re terrible and don’t justify the nightly rate. No HVAC ventilation in the home, so the rental is always warm.

Eric, thank you for visiting. We are very sorry to hear the beds did not suit your preferences. The mattresses are in good working order, but each guest has their own unique preference. We provide photos, a virtual tour, a unit description, and a list of available amenities so that future guests know exactly what they will see upon arrival. Our listing notes that there is no AC, which is normal for this area. Many cool their homes with open windows and fans to create airflow. We hope to host you again soon.

The home is beautiful but the property management is horrible. The sink in the master bathroom didn’t work, the fan in bedroom 2 didn’t work, the coffee pot was broken, there were no batteries in the remote and worst of all they did not leave enough toilet paper for our stay and when we called to request more they told us they only provide a “welcome kit” and we would need to go purchase more. I spent more time on the phone trying to get these issues resolved than we did enjoying our vacation. The home is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. Management just needs to be better.

Summer Mountain Get Away

The unit was exactly as described by the descriptions and pictures in the application. The unit is conveniently located near the Village Market and the free gondola. The kitchen is well stocked to support simple meals. The Prospect and Village trials are close for mountain biking and hiking. A small lake is also close for catch and release fly fishing. The gondola provides easy travel for hiking, biking, shopping and eating out activities in Mountain Village and Telluride. I would recommend this unit for small groups wanting convenience and a quiet location.

Feb. Ski Trip

Condo was very clean, great access to double cabin ski run and easy walk to Mountain Village Market and chondola to Mountain Village proper and then gondola to Telluride - car not needed. The condo has an amazing view, is very well appointed and the staff answered the phone quickly and responded to requests. Second bedroom has no windows and was quite warm for sleeping, staff checked out and gave suggestions but it is just a warm room. Be aware that if you arrive early, check in is strict 4:00 pm so we were stuck for a few hours with luggage and no place to go until 4 pm, even though the cleaners had left. Overall, it is a beutiful condo and we would stay again!

Convenience and Comfort

We stayed for a week in late January 2024 on a ski vacation. The condo was fantastic in nearly every way. The pros: The first impression when walking in was WOW! Top of the line kitchen and appliances. We mostly stay in and cook after a day of skiing, so we used the kitchen morning and night. It was fully stocked with pots, pans, crockpot, blender, spice rack, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The master bedroom is large with a walk-in closet, double vanity bath, and steam shower (amazing). The 2nd bedroom is average size with a chest of drawers but no closet. However, the walk-in closet in the master has enough room to serve as a clothing and suitcase storage are for all. The 2nd bath has a single vanity. The fireplace is amazing. The shuttle service to/from the lifts was prompt (for those that didn't ski in/ski out) and the drivers were so friendly. The marketplace grocery store and gondolas were a 5-min walk as well. The cons: The radiant heat was a little challenging at first. For the first 12 hours, the condo was 61 degrees despite any setting we used on the thermostats. Also, the battery in the unit's door lock was near the end of its life and would not work properly. A quick call to VACASA/property management got everything in working order the next morning. The (local) point of contact came to our unit herself and was fantastic and friendly in helping us out. One suggestion: I think a "how to" binder for the unit would be helpful for guests to understand how to use the TV/remotes (there were 3 remotes), fireplace, steam shower settings, gondolas in the area, etc. We've seen this technique used in other condos we've rented over the years and it's helpful! Overall, we had such a nice stay and would definitely use this condo again if it were available. Thank you for paying attention to the details and helping out quickly when needed.

Very nice condo, great location

Condo is very clean and nicely furnished. Location is great. Very short walk to slopes. We also like that it is walking distance to grocery store and gondola.
