The second living area is outfitted with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. Prepare hearty mountain meals in the kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. This two-story home sleeps 11 guests between three bedrooms and two full-size sleeper sofas (one in each living area). The primary suite features a king bed, a laptop-friendly desk, and a TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and is also accessible from the hall.

The second bedroom includes a full-size bed and a TV. You'll find a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin-size trundle in the third bedroom. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

THINGS TO KNOW
Parking is available for two cars, with one in the garage and one in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted.
Access to the front door is via three exterior steps.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
Trailers, campers, RVs, and boats can be on property for loading and unloading during a 24-hour period. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight.
ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties.
No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily.
Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm.
Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are never permitted.
