This home features a newly remodeled, well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a nearby dining area with seating for six - ideal for both meals and family game nights. The living area has a cozy gas fireplace and exposed wooden beams on the ceiling which add to the mountain lodge ambiance. There is also a private balcony accessible from the living room and primary bedroom where you can dine alfresco or just take in the view.

A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat is just one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, and free WiFi! There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Lovely and affordable

It was a great space for the price. Loved the view from our unit specifically. Gorgeous greenery and overlooking the pool, yet still very private.

Great access to the lifts! Just a 5-minute walk, or very accessible shuttles. Our unit was overall very comfortable and well appointed—not overly spacious but met all of our needs. Love the fireplace and hot tubs. We would give 5 stars if the king mattress was upgraded to something firmer (a little too soft for our needs).

great location, short walk to base of mountain and ski lift

Had all the comforts for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable (pillows, meh). NIce to have in unit washer/dryer, gas fireplace, coffee maker, and use of hot tub!

Not bad

Overall nice place. Double bed needs to be replaced! Tighter quarters than shown in pictures. Location was an easy walk to mountain.

New Year’s weekend

Our family stayed over new years weekend and had an amazing trip!!! The condo is wonderful… well appointed, exactly as advertised, perfect for our family getaway. We traveled with 5 adults. One slept on the pullout couch. Wasn’t the most comfortable but we made due. The location to the mountain was incredible. We walked every time, didn’t even use the shuttle, which would have also been an added benefit. Highly recommend this condo!

Lots of seating

If you have a lot of people this one can seat everyone. The furniture crowds the room a bit, but plenty of seating. The kitchen is nicely equipped with lots of dishware.Not related to this particular unit is that Vacasa twice now has sent people into our room before we check out and this one was not made up when we opened the door to come in. Bags of bedding we're still labeled (clean) on the floor even though the whole complex was dead. It took an hour after we were in the unit for them to track someone down and have it ready. The front desk doesn't seem to communicate with housekeeping.

Great location and value!

Condo was clean, well furnished and an easy 5 minute walk to the lifts. Check in was easy and accommodative. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to restaurants in the evening. No real complaints - the unit was maybe a bit dated, but very clean and cozy. Kitchen was well furnished and the internet worked well. The unit met all expectations. I would book it again.

Needs new furniture badly

It is obvious the owners don’t use this condo or care about the furnishings. The living room couch (made of a thin fake leather) has deteriorated to the point where it looks similar to having a pet scratch off the surface of one entire cushion and the other is literally flaking off. We covered it with a blanket while there. The dining room chairs are shot and dirty; when you sit in them you sink down to the point where you can feel the wood frame beneath your legs. The queen bed mattress is has lost all support on one side (my adult son who slept in it said that when he rolled over he felt like he was falling into a pit). The master bedroom mattress is quite soft as well. All of the pillows in the place are the cheap super firm spongy type — probably filled with shredded foam. When I told Vacasa about the couch they responded that the owner has been told about it but has done nothing. (They also mentioned that there are condos in the Lodge that are worse!) The rest of the condo is very nice. Kitchen is great. Bathrooms are 70s-80s style but clean and functional. There’s a good selection of cooking ware and dishes. And the location is great. It’s a shame that the furnishings make it so lousy. I would recommend to Vacasa that they have rules setting certain standards before they will manage and rent out a condo. If owners don’t meet those, Vacasa can refuse to serve them. I doubt we will stay at the Lodge again based upon this experience unless Vacasa can guarantee that units are in decent shape.

Perfect location!

This is a perfect place to enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer! The unit is very clean, has all of the equipment needed to make home meals although we prefer to eat out since Steamboat has several amazing restaurants. The pool is nice and clean, you just need to book a time slot due to COVID19, the hot tubs are not open due to COVID19. The location is fantastic, close to everything but also a bit away from traffic and crowds. It’s very close to ski lifts, steps away from my favorite grocery and liquor store Wild Plum, there are several restaurants within walking distance. Downtown Steamboat is 5 minutes away (driving), 7 minutes away if you opt to take the free shuttle or if you prefer to walk it’s about 30 minutes away. The Yampa River is near by and the Stagecoach lake is 22 minutes away. I would highly recommend choosing this condo for your stay in Steamboat.
