With a superb location mere moments from Winter Park Resort, this modern condo is the perfect home base for an extended ski weekend or a high-country mountain adventure. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance of groceries, shopping, dining, breweries, and all the best Grand County offers, from hiking and winter sports to great golf and world-class fishing. The Fraser River Trail is nearby, Winter Park Resort is about six miles away, and the Loveland Ski area is roughly 46 miles from this mountain getaway. Visit Granby Ranch, Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests, or Rocky Mountain National Park, only a short drive away.

Stylishly furnished, this relaxing getaway has everything you need for year-round vacation living. Ideal for couples and small groups, you can whip up your favorite recipes in the fully stocked open kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, two crockpots, and anything else you could want. Then, gather around the dining area for memorable meals and conversation. Sip drinks on the covered porch while the sun sets, or kick back beside the wood-burning fireplace and watch your favorite TV shows on your streaming apps.

The primary suite boasts modern furnishings and a TV. The guest suite includes a separate entrance, a private bathroom, and a desk nook with a monitor and wireless charging - ideal for remote working. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room has a high-quality memory foam mattress, with warm and comfortable bedding to accompany it. Additional perks include high-speed 200 Mbps WiFi, Google Home speakers throughout the property, a private washer/dryer, and access to a private heated ski locker and bike storage.

This condo was spectacular, very well thought to the tiny details, very comfortable and super well equipped. The location was very convenient as well.

We enjoyed it. Close to grocery store. We cooked in condo. Near ski lifts, etc. Weather was way too warm.

We entered a quiet, clean and very well appointed condo with a fantastic view of picturesque mountains from the front windows and porch/deck. Fraser is a wonderful town for a getaway: it is close to Rocky Mountain National Park, the Lake Granby area and Winter Park Ski and Mountain Bike Resort. Fraser has a walking/biking path that follows the Fraser River through the town which we enjoyed every day. The host was very responsive to questions and we highly recommend this condo.

Great location

We enjoyed this for our family of 5. It was a great area. There is no air conditioning so we wanted to leave the windows open at night (no screens) for some airflow, but we were concerned about safety, so it got warm at night. Overall pleased with the accomodations.

Fine but not amazing

Pros: Easy parking and decent location a short drive to the slopes. We (two couples) enjoyed the living space and working wood fireplace. Decent layout. Generally well stocked. Cons: 1) Entire unit reeked of stale weed when we arrived. We were able to air it out but it was a disappointing first impression. 2) Thin ceiling. Sounded like the upstairs neighbors were stomping around in ski boots early every morning. 3) Temp control - temps dipped during our stay, and the heater didn’t keep up. The unit stayed chilly.

We are sorry for the initial letdown caused by the smell of stale weed upon your arrival. We understand how this may have negatively impacted your stay, and we will address this matter with our cleaning staff to prevent any recurrence in the future. All of our homes are smoke-free, and we are disappointed to hear it smelled like smoke when you arrived. We have addressed this with our local team. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the thin ceiling and the noise from the upstairs neighbors. We will take your feedback into account and explore options to minimize noise disturbance for future guests. Regarding the temperature control, we apologize for the heating system's inability to cope with the dropping temperatures. Our maintenance team will inspect and adjust the heating system to ensure it operates correctly. Amazing ski condo!

My friends and I used this condo for a ski trip recently and it was awesome! Another review commented on “condo noise,” so we were a bit concerned what that meant… It was literally just some creaks from the building, people coming and going, etc - it was what we expected when we decided to rent a condo. The location to the ski bus stop and main street Fraser made it WELL worth it. So easy to grab the bus and we didn’t have to worry about parking! Some of our other favorite parts were: 1. The hot tub - it’s big and super warm, was perfect after skiing 2. The heated ski locker - was great for our gear! Not having to lug our gear up the stairs each night was huge. And everything was warm and toasty the next morning, ready for the slopes! 3. The stocked up condo and decor made us feel right at home. Seriously they went above and beyond making sure our comfort level was high, I mean who gets a rain shower in the spare room? I did this trip!

Cozy Mountain Hideaway

This condo was so great! It was super cozy and homey, the decor was very cute and gave us that mountain hideaway feel. The fireplace and fuzzy blankets were put to good use while we warmed up after a snowy day of exploring the nearby Georgetown Christmas Market. Between the well-stocked kitchen and stack of games we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We had a beautiful view of the mountains, and the epic sledding hill across the street! The beds were super comfy so we slept great every night. Can’t recommend this condo highly enough for your next mountain getaway!

Pleasantly surprised!

This place is on the list to come again! Charming and welcoming unit. My husband and son went skiing and it only took 4 minutes to walk to the bus stop. It only took 5 minutes to walk to a grocery store, liquor store and several restaurants. I like to cook and the kitchen was amazing from having two crock pots, mixer bowls and most items I use at home. I forgot my recipes and was surprised to pull them up on my phone in seconds as they have amazing internet speed. The beds were super comfy and the shower heads made me relax. Did I mention the fireplace and hot tub-Wow. And it is newly remodeled. I will be coming back!

Lovely Stay at Lodge #104

We had a lovely stay! The view from the condo is truly gorgeous. Upon arrival, the elegant furnishings and décor made us feel right at home. There are many helpful labels and instructions for amenities. I was impressed with the incredibly fast Wi-Fi (218mbps when I ran a speed test). A fully loaded kitchen, wood burning fireplace, and close proximity to Safeway made this a perfect place to stay. Use of the hot tub at the end of the night rounded out a wonderful weekend.

SPECTACULAR PLACE TO STAY!

This place is super cozy and we felt super comfortable as soon as we walked in. This place is really nice! Everything is so well taken care of. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower had luxury shower heads! The location is everything! You can walk to everything you might need for your stay. There is a grocery store, liquor store, and many restaurants and breweries all walking distance! There is a remote work station as well. I was able to get some work done while I stayed. Great Wifi and set-up! I can't wait to stay again! Already planning my next trip!
