Enjoy views of the ski slopes from most windows at this 3BR/3BA condo in the heart of Pine Grove. Your mountain getaway features a cozy gas fireplace, a balcony with mountain views, and access to two shared hot tubs.

The Pines at Ore House condos are ideally located between the ski area base and downtown Steamboat Springs. They are situated on the complimentary shuttle route -- a quick 5-minute ride and you are at the ski resort or having dinner downtown! If you prefer to stay close to home, you are within walking distance of two major shopping areas including restaurants and grocery stores.

LIVING AREA

The living room has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace. Kick back and relax on two sofas while watching the 55” flat-screen smart TV with apps and a DVD player. Cable and high-speed internet are included.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create hearty dishes in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

When it's time to eat, gather for festive vacation meals at the six-person dining table or perch at the breakfast bar for two.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps eight in three bedrooms. High thread-count sheets ensure a good night's sleep.

The upstairs master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, 37” flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a 32” flat-screen TV. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. A twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin bed are found in the third bedroom, as well as a 32” flat-screen TV and an en-suite with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out to the balcony and breathe the fresh mountain air. The private outdoor space is complete with a bistro table, two chairs, and a mountain view. Fire up the grill and enjoy an afternoon barbeque.

Enjoy access to two covered outdoor hot tubs after a fun day exploring the mountains.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the open parking lot. A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV are provided.

Access to the condo is via one flight of steps.

This rental does not have air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION

Walk to two major shopping areas that include restaurants, two grocery stores, sporting goods shops, Walgreens, and a liquor store.

Hop aboard the complimentary city shuttle and enjoy a 5-minute ride to the ski resort or a 5-minute ride to downtown. The shuttle picks up every 10 minutes in the winter and the shuttle stop is a 3-minute walk from the front door (yes, we timed it!).

Comfortable cozy stay near Steamboat resort

Great apartment layout with a bathroom near every bedroom. Very well stocked kitchen. A little bit of a walk to the shuttle stop which comes every 15 min to the resort but otherwise very convenient, especially proximity to Safeway.

Great house, poor management

House was similar to pictures but a bit smaller. Good location in between the mountain and town however the shuttle runs every 20-30 minutes (unlike the listing that says every 10 minutes). House also did not have any essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, paper towels and had empty containers of hand soap. Tried to reach out to Vacasa to help with some issues and never got a response.

On the other hand, we provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies. This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. Great visit to SBT

This property was nice, had a great series of separated bedrooms & bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a small balcony. it's located a short drive or ride outside of the center of Steamboat proper, but an easy trip. The bike trail is just across the main road and snakes its way directly to downtown and beyond. Safeway is a short walk for groceries, Great place to stay for a summer trip to Steamboat. The only thing I would mention is: bring bath soap. Everything else was provided except that.

Ample space and great location!

Walking distance to shops, Safeway, ski rentals and free bus stop to go downtown or to the ski area. We will be back!!

We didn’t get to use the hot tubs due to Covid rules but they were 20 ft away from our unit👌 Next time! We hope to be back soon! Great Place

Not a huge place, but perfectly centered between downtown and the ski hill. Each bedroom has it’s own bath and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Comfy place to jut out and have adventures all over town. We had a blast here and will likely be back.

Perfect Condo

Me and my group of 8 friends enjoyed this condo without feeling too cramped. The condo was as pictured and in a convenient location to the free shuttle to get to the slopes. The hot tubs are very close to the unit, which was also a plus. Check in and check out were extremely easy - would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

Great location and unit was well stocked with cookware and towels which make everything easier.

Great correspondence of how to access unit and change the door code and access hot tubs etc. place was clean and right off bus route and within walk of grocery and liquor and ski shops. Bedding was comfy and rooms and baths were laid out well. All in a great stay and would recommend to all.

Our family of 7 enjoyed the unit, location and amenities for our recent 9 day stay. The unit was well appointed with cookware and seating that fit our crew for both meals and tv watching. Bedding was solid and towels as well as in unit washer and dryer made this a great solution for our trip. Ski shuttle is free and drop you 100 yards from unit. Grocery and stores are walkable. We lived this condo. Condo was in a Perfect location, close to town. Very clean and had all the right amenities. Strawberry hot springs 20 min away Steamboat lake 30 min. You must do both !!!

Great Family Vacay

We had a minor set back on our first day with the automatic door lock not working. After several hours of back and forth with the property management it was all fixed. With the exception of this incident our stay was AWESOME! We had 8 adults in our group, and the space was exactly what we needed. Epic Steamboat Weekend

The living room and dining area is much smaller than the fisheye view photo but still quite comfortable. We wished that the management company would have been more forthright about the shuttle service. There is no private shuttle service. It is the city bus that runs every ten minutes. We were told it was indeed a private shuttle but the city bus was fine. It’s a bit of a walk to and from bus but not bad. We also were bugged about being too noisy all weekend. We were three small families that skied from 9-3 and did normal things like cook meals, play card games and in bed by 8:30 or 9. Come to find pout it was another condo that was partying too loudly till the wee hours of the night. We’re going to look for a closer on mountain location next time but if not we will try to reserve this space again.

Spring Break in Steamboat Springs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience staying in Steamboat Springs over Spring Break. The condo space worked really well for our family of 6 and added grandparents. We were a quick walk to the bus stop for an easy ride to the ski hill or downtown. Also, being within walking distance to the grocery store meant cooking in the unit was easier than going out. The property was very clean with the exception of a couple of dishes in the cupboard. The biggest problem we had was there was sleeping for 8 but only dinning chairs for 6. A couple folding chairs would have really helped.
