Stay just steps from Chair 7 at this charming slopeside condo in Telluride, offering ski-in/ski-out access, stunning views of the ski mountain and box canyon, and a location that makes it easy to enjoy the best of Telluride in every season. Situated just south of the San Miguel River, the condo provides convenient access to the slopes while remaining close to town, with two Galloping Goose stops nearby and a free bus loop that connects you with downtown Telluride and the gondola to Mountain Village.

Step across the condo's courtyard to enjoy shared complex amenities, including a gas grill and hot tub with mountain views. Back at the condo, two private decks and a private patio provide additional outdoor space to take in the scenery. Start the morning with coffee as the sun rises over the mountains, or settle in with a glass of wine and watch the alpenglow at the end of the day.

Inside, traditional cabin-inspired details are paired with an elegant, comfortable design. Pitched ceilings, high windows, and light wood floors create an open and inviting atmosphere, while the top-floor living area offers a spacious place to relax. Gather around the gas fireplace after a day outdoors, settle into the comfortable furnishings, or enjoy a favorite show on the cable TV. Complimentary WiFi makes it easy to stay connected and plan your next day's adventures.

The open kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home, with a gas stove and a variety of small appliances, including a toaster, slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, and coffee maker. The adjacent dining area provides a comfortable place to gather for meals, morning coffee, or an evening of conversation. When you need to stock the kitchen, Clark's Market is just a short walk away.

Each bedroom features its own en suite bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience for everyone in your group. One permitted parking space is available in the adjacent parking lot, while the nearby Galloping Goose makes it easy to get around Telluride without moving your car.

In winter, step outside and take advantage of the condo's ski-in/ski-out access just steps from Chair 7. The lift provides access to the Town of Telluride and connects with the mountain's ski terrain, while the free Galloping Goose offers convenient transportation around town and to the gondola for access to Mountain Village.

When summer arrives, explore the surrounding mountains by foot, mountain bike, or horseback, or spend the day rafting and fishing along the San Miguel River. Telluride's summer festival season also brings plenty of opportunities to experience live music and local events throughout town.

Perfect location...the best in Telluride

Great property, wonderful 180 degree views and balconies on each level to enjoy them. Host very attentive. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely location

Great location for a summer stay.Lots of trails for hiking. Short walk to grocery or downtown. Free gondola to Mountain Village and more trailheads close by as well. It was a bit warm on the 3rd floor of the chalet, but we spent very little time there, so it was manageable.

Great Location and Garage Converted into Boot Room

The converted garage into a boot and ski storage room was fantastic. The side door led us right to the lift. Although it’s on the smaller side, the location and unit is one of the best ski options in Telluride.

Amazing location!

This spot is perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep when visiting Telluride! The views are wonderful and the location is very walkable into town. Would love to come back during ski season and try that lift right outside! If you’re looking to spread out or have a group this might not be the right spot we had 2 adult couples stay and that was perfect :) anything more would have been tight.

Great location & mountain views

Easy walk to shops & restaurants, great views from living room and deck. Had all essentials needed for our stay. Good for two people, might be a little crowded with more. Bathrooms are small and there is limited room for luggage. Our only issue was a lack of hot showers for most our stay.

Great location

We were a family of 4 and this space worked great for us, but it is relatively small and the loft space is very small. Our 14 year old son loved it, but I don’t think it would work well for an adult.

Telluride was not notified about my car. I notified Vacasa received confirmation that the police would be correctly informed. They were not notified. I parked correctly in the appropriate location The police ticked me and Vacasa did not help or return my calls. I will not use Vacasa again.

Truly ski in ski out

Location is perfect for a ski (both downhill and xcountry) vacation! Enjoyed walking to Clark Market and Wine Mine for provisions! It was an easy kitchen to navigate, glad there was salt and pepper! The chalet was cozy. Lotsa room for clothing to hang and put in drawers. The garage was a perfect place for skis, boots and ski clothes. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer… next time we can pack less!

Great location

We had a great stay at this condo. It was perfectly located at the base of lift 7. There is no ac and we were there in summer so got a little hot during day and it was too hot to use the loft at night. The pictures make the place look a little bigger than it is but it was comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Telluride is a great place to be in summer and we loved our stay (in spite of the construction next door)!

If you are serious about skiing this is the place

SO convenient to the ski lift. Great warm storage for ski kit. Easy acces to town with free bus at the door. Walking distance to supermarket. Cosy, warm comfortable accom. 3rd bed access a bit awkward.( no issue for us only 2 beds needed). Position, position, position!!!

Perfect location

This place is a little gem. Perfect for the 2 of us. Right next to lift 7. Walked out garage door and on to the lift. It has everything you need. It is 3 stories so it has a lot of stairs. In floor heat so it is always super snug in the winter. Kitchen has everything you would need. The Galloping Goose stops just outside if you don’t want to walk. Downtown is easily walking distance and a grocery store is only 2 blocks away. The only thing I would recommend is putting some open shelves in the bathrooms. Bathrooms are the size of a closet and no place to put your personals. Bedrooms are also small. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice patio views but a few issues

The views from two patios (2nd and 3rd floor) were very private and had nice views of the mountains. The kitchen was clean and had a good selection of cooking apparel and full-size updated appliances. The beds were pretty comfy. We had a few issues that were disappointing considering the cost per night. 1. We were given the wrong keys but luckily didn’t get locked out. The lock box code was incorrect too. They did come the next morning to remake keys. 2. The hot tub was padlocked most of our stay. Never got a reason or response. 3. Dead bugs by bathroom lights and ceiling. I understand the area has had an issue with gnats this season, but still. 4. There are no closets or place to hang up clothes. Not a huge issue, but should mention in description. Bedrooms are quite small, so not a lot of room for suitcases and personal items.

Cozy corner unit

Cozy corner unit with about a 10 min walk to the center of town. Don’t forget to ask for a parking pass if you have an SUV because it won’t fit in the garage

Enjoyed our stay

We loved spending our vacation in this beautiful home. It was very clean and has a beautiful view of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to make a delicious meal. We loved the place.
