There, you’ll find an exclusive living/sleeping area with a high-quality sofa bed for two people, a dining area for four people, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, a pod-style coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, and toaster. <br><br>For your entertainment, you’ll find a large, swiveling flat-screen TV, free access to the online video library, all Sky TV packages available at no charge, a Bose SoundTouch system, and a home theater system with a Blu-ray player and Bluetooth connectivity. You have free Wi-Fi access in all rooms. <br><br>In the nautically themed bedroom, you’ll find a large and cozy double bed and another flat-screen TV. The beautiful and modern bathroom with a walk-in shower features a washing machine, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack. <br><br>On the spacious 32 m² south/west-facing terrace, you can wind down after a day at the beach in the evening sun. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available.
