Welcome to the Hansaresidenz I vacation complex in Scharbeutz.

The "Kleine Auszeit" apartment is centrally located in Scharbeutz. The beach is just a few steps away. Strandallee, with its many restaurants and shops, the promenade, and the beautiful pier, is just a few meters away. A bakery where you can pick up your breakfast rolls is about a 3-minute walk away.

The 2-room vacation apartment is furnished for 2–4 people and is located on the first floor. The modern living-sleeping area features a sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people, a high chair, and a fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchenette features an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker, including a dishwasher-safe stainless steel coffee filter. For cozy evenings, a small library (feel free to swap books) and board games are available.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a spacious closet. Electric exterior blinds in both the bedroom and living room ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom, complete with a shower and hair dryer, rounds out the amenities.

The building has a washing machine and dryer for shared use. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Guests have access to a free underground parking space (duplex, 2 cars stacked on top of each other up to 1.45 m in height, cars up to a maximum of 2,000 kg; no Jeeps, station wagons, vans, or lowered cars; no roof racks; max. length 5 m, width 1.90 m, max. height 1.50 m—at your own risk).

This attractive and family-friendly vacation home is located 80 m from the beach. The beautiful beach promenade, with its great boutiques, cozy restaurants, and cafes, is just a short walk away. The apartments in this newly built building are equipped to modern standards. The spacious layout and tasteful furnishings are the perfect combination for a relaxing vacation. The building features an elevator, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The underground parking garage offers double parking spaces for cars.
