The cozy living/sleeping area is furnished with a fold-down bed (2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm; new mattresses and box springs installed in April 2026), 2 sofas, and a dining area.
With the flat-screen TV and stereo system with CD player, you can enjoy many pleasant hours here.

The separate kitchenette in the entryway is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, mini-oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.

The covered balcony faces southwest and overlooks the garden.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower stall, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, and a top-loading washing machine.

Parking spaces are located next to the house and are not assigned.
A covered bicycle storage area is located behind the house on the property.
Internet access is available free of charge (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
One dog is permitted upon request.
