This quiet 3-room apartment is located on the first floor of the Monusse Boid residential complex, which was completed in 2019. The owners have lovingly furnished it to a high standard. The kitchen, living room, and dining area feature an open-concept layout. This means that while you’re preparing a meal, you can still spend time with the rest of the family—even if they’re watching an exciting movie or playing games together at the large dining table. The large panoramic window creates a bright and cozy space. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds that ensure a restful night’s sleep. The large terrace invites you to enjoy cozy summer evenings with a glass of wine. The apartment comes with an underground parking space, and the elevator takes you and your luggage directly to the right floor. A washer and dryer are also available in the building’s basement, and there’s a separate storage area for your bicycles. Your four-legged friends are also welcome in this apartment.

Completed in October 2019, this complex offers 10 unique, top-of-the-line vacation apartments in a stunning location in Pfronten-Ösch. The “Monusse Boid” complex consists of three buildings: “Haus Breitenberg,” “Haus Edelsberg,” and “Haus Falkenstein,” which are connected via the underground parking garage. Each building has a separate entrance, but you can easily access the other apartments within the complex via the underground parking garage. Each apartment comes with its own underground parking space, which you can use free of charge. The ceiling height in the underground garage is 2.00 meters. You can also store your bicycles in the underground garage. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the basement of Haus Breitenberg.
