The open living area, featuring a spacious kitchen, dining nook, and a sofa for relaxing, is the “heart” of the apartment. Here, you can unwind and find peace. The kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for cooking. Coffee lovers, take note—a Nespresso coffee machine is provided! From the heart of the apartment, you have access to the sun terrace with breathtaking views of the Breitenberg and the surrounding peaks. Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable box-spring beds and, combined with the Allgäu mountain air, ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each bedroom has its own modern bathroom. From the terrace, you can admire the Falkenstein Castle ruins—Germany’s highest castle ruins—at any time of day. Another highlight is the barrel sauna on the terrace. On cold winter days, enjoy the warming sauna and then cool off on the lounge set to really get your blood flowing. A laundry room and bicycle storage area are available in the apartment complex’s basement. This apartment also includes an underground parking space with an electric charging station.

Completed in October 2019, this building offers 10 unique, top-class vacation apartments in a stunning location in Pfronten-Ösch. The “Monusse Boid” complex consists of three buildings: “Haus Breitenberg,” “Haus Edelsberg,” and “Haus Falkenstein,” which are connected via the underground parking garage. Each building has a separate entrance, but you can easily access the other apartments via the underground parking garage. Each apartment comes with its own underground parking space, which you can use free of charge. The ceiling height of the underground garage is 2.00 meters. You can also store your bicycles in the underground garage. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the basement of Haus Breitenberg.
