Just down the road from the Pickleville Playhouse, and the bike rentals. You can rent boats and jet skis from the Epic Recreation rental shack right on the beach. Picnic tables and grills are available for public use outside your doors. Nearby go-karts, famous raspberry shakes, hiking, and just about all the fun you could ever want for some great summer memories!

You are staying in a gated community, with a beach that is private to the HOA.
Enjoy relaxing views of the majestic Bear Lake from the living room or private balcony and overlook a generously spacious green lawn perfect for relaxing games and cherished moments with friends and family.
Enjoy sizzling meals using the charcoal or gas BBQs throughout the resort, readily available for our guests to use at any time. We also offer ample free parking to accommodate all your vehicles comfortably, including cars and extra trailers.

The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers one queen size bed and one set of bunks. Guests also have access to a cozy living room with a convenient queen size Murphy bed, providing extra space to relax or sleep. Two bathrooms make getting ready a breeze, and thoughtful touches like heating and an iron add to the comfort. The condo is on the main floor in Building N, but requires the use of half a flight of stairs to access the condo.
Sorry no pets allowed in condo or at the resort.
*No launching of boats/jet skis from the beach.
*There is an $8 fee/day to launch a boat from the Marina. Renting a slip at the Marina costs $15 per day and the launch fee is waived. (Prices are subject to change without notice).
