In a restored historic half-timbered house dating from 1734, two separate vacation apartments await you, featuring state-of-the-art amenities and many conveniences such as a sauna, fitness room, and rooftop terrace for your leisure activities. Both apartments can be rented individually or together.
The large “Umgebindehaus” vacation apartment offered here has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and each has its own bathroom with a shower and toilet. The white room is a family room and has space for an additional rollaway bed or crib, which can be provided upon request. It also features a bathroom with a bathtub (including shower fixtures) and a toilet.
Upstairs, there is also a children’s play area with plenty of games for children of various ages and an utility room with a washer and dryer.
On the first floor is the “Blockstube”—a feature typical of Umgebinde houses—with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining area for 12 people. Opposite the Blockstube is a lounge with a pool table, darts, and a variety of board games.
The Umgebinde house has its own ski room for storing ski gear and a ski boot warmer. It can also be used for bicycles.
Additionally, a multimedia lounge, a fitness room, a sauna, and a rooftop lounge with a terrace are available for use. These areas are equipped with a code-based access system, allowing guests from both living units to use them without granting access to private areas.
High-speed Internet (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge throughout the building. Free parking is available on-site, as is a charging station for electric cars (11 kWh—billed based on usage).
Upon request, you can enjoy the breakfast buffet at the neighboring Sonnebergbaude (100 meters away) under their terms and conditions.
