Love to cook? Our gourmet kitchen is a total dream, packed with shiny stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to whip up something tasty. If you need to knock out some emails, we`ve got a dedicated workspace ready for you. When it`s time to chill, take your pick from the comfy living room or the cozy loft—both have big flat-screen TVs! Plus, the master bedroom has its own TV, so no one has to fight over the remote.

When it`s time for bed, head upstairs to find your perfect spot. We`ve got room for everyone with one plush King bed, two cozy Queens, and two comfy Twins, all featuring super-soft linens. Step outside to enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio or deck, or let the kids play in the partially fenced backyard. You`ll also have a secure two-car garage for easy parking. Just a heads up—we keep this place sparkling clean and pet-free for all our guests!

Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire home.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.

This is a self-check-in property using a digital door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Welcome to Hapeville! You`ll love our location—we`re just five minutes from all major interstates, making travel a breeze. Looking for fun? We are surrounded by yummy local restaurants, cool theaters, and the exciting Porsche Experience Center.

Getting here is easy since the airport is only eight minutes away, and you can reach downtown Atlanta in just 15 minutes. Our suburb is super walkable with bright sidewalks for evening strolls. Explore the nearby parks, dog parks, and baseball fields, or head to the tennis and pickleball courts for a game. Don`t forget to check out our local Art Center too! There`s something for everyone right outside your door.

Important House Rules & Information


We`ve designed our space to feel cozy and inviting. Just a gentle heads-up: due to the nature of the building, you may occasionally hear sounds from our neighboring guests. We appreciate everyone`s understanding and kindness in being mindful of noise levels.


*Pet Policy: We are not pet friendly.
*Booking Requirements: Travelers must be 25 years or older to book. Guests with no prior reviews are required to send a copy of their government-issued photo ID upon confirmation. A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.
*No Smoking/Drugs: No smoking of any kind (vaping, cannabis, tobacco, etc.) is allowed inside the home. A $250 penalty will be assessed if evidence is found. The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited.
*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed in your reservation. Unapproved guests incur a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Parties/events require advanced approval.
*Check-out: Check-out is strictly 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.
*Damages: Renters agree to cover charges for damages or necessary extra-cleaning costs.
*Shipments: Do not use the property address for any type of package shipment.
*Furniture: Please avoid moving the furniture.
*PLEASE NOTE that this is a quadraplex, so the walls are a bit thin. You will be able to hear your neighbors!

House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all, please observe the following rules:

*Minimum Age & ID: The primary traveler must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests without prior reviews must provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID (driver`s license or equivalent) to confirm the reservation. Renters may be required to show a government ID upon check-in or during their stay.
*No Smoking/Drugs: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home (this includes tobacco, cannabis, and vaping). Our home is equipped with a smoke detector, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 penalty. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is also strictly prohibited.
*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed on your reservation. Unapproved extra guests are subject to a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. Parties and events are not permitted without advanced written approval, and restrictions apply. No tents or other temporary structures may be set up on the property grounds.
*Check-out: Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50 fee.
*Damages & Cleaning: By booking, renters agree to be responsible for all costs related to any damages that occur during their stay and any necessary extra-cleaning charges required after check-out.
*Shipments: Please do not use the property address for any type of package or mail shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
