kbds1-37) is ideal for families of up to 4 people, featuring two rooms, 56 square meters of living space, and two balconies with a partial view of the Baltic Sea.

The Location
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the west and north sides of the complex, in Building 1, Entrance A.

The Amenities
This stylish, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi and consists of a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 2.00 m), a living area with a double sofa bed and pleated blinds for privacy, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower partition, and two small balconies with balcony furniture for 4 people and a partial lake view.
The vacation apartment is rounded out by a fully equipped open kitchen with an electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave, as well as a hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and a TV/hi-fi system with two flat-screen TVs and a Blu-ray/DVD player.

Special Features
The vacation complex features its own wellness area with a pool, two saunas, a fitness room, and a relaxation room, which is available to you daily (the area is closed only during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks of the year due to maintenance work).

Please also note that the wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to renovation work.
