The Space:

This one-acre retreat offers serene Blue Ridge Mountain living within walking distance of downtown Brevard. The generous yard features amazing mountain views and comes furnished for outdoor entertainment with highlights like front and back porches, and a gas grill. Downtown restaurants and shops, the Lumberyard, and the Brevard Music Center are all reachable within walking distance of the home. Start your day with morning coffee on the covered front porch and cap it off out back with drinks and gatherings on the back deck. For a quiet moment of peace, wander down to the swinging bench and gaze out at the mountains. The gleaming full kitchen boasts all-new countertops, cabinets, and deluxe stainless steel appliances including a gas range/oven. A plush sectional, and a smart TV are the perfect ingredients for family fun in the living room. The primary suite and private bathroom, plus an additional half-bath are located on the main floor. Two bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs. Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

  • Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
  • All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.

    Great stay for our group of 5 with 2 kids. Lots of room and very well equipped. Private and quiet. Walkable to town points of interest. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

    We had a great stay in Brevard and in this lovely home. The house is on a beautiful lot with backyard views of the mountains and front yard views of the quirky toy store owner’s home with cows and topiaries. It’s an easy 1 block walk to Main Street or in the other direction to the Brevard Music Center or greenway. Literally walk out the door and 5 minutes later you’re near restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops and shopping. The house was lovely and well cared for. It looks like they’ve recently added a fence to help with pets, but there was a gap in the screens and door on the porch that hopefully they’ll take care of (really our only idea for improving). We appreciated the GIANT master suite and the lovely kitchen. The weekend we were there it was exceptionally hot, so the thermostat on the first floor needed to be kept pretty low to help with the upstairs temps, but it was very manageable and the owner was very fair with how low they let you set it. The master has its own thermostat which was nice. Overall, we would highly recommend this home, especially if you’re planning to spend a lot of time in the town.

    Comfortable home and perfect location to walk Main Street. We were so surprised to see four deer in the back yard the first morning, then a white squirrel and rabbit. Right in town with a view too.

    Big porch, song birds and rabbits.

    The huge back porch was our favorite place with rocking chairs, great views and wild life. It was a very peaceful place, convenient to downtown and Pisgah National Forest.

    The house was perfect for our getaway to Brevard. Perfect location! We walked to Main St. for the Halloween Fest and local shopping. Nice space that fit our crowd. The only negative (that was fixed with a couple of air fresheners) was that you could tell the previous visitors likely had furbabies with them. We would definitely stay again if visiting with friends & family.

    Perfect place

    This home was absolutely perfect. The location was walkable to so many things. We spent so much time on the porch and the backyard was great to watch all the white squirrels. So many nice touches that made the place feel like home. We will definitely be back!

    Lots of room and perfect location

    We wanted to be able to walk Downtown and to king street. The location of the house was perfect. Lots of room even with 5 adults. We never felt cramped.
