Our little family really loved this property! Very beautiful and cozy! We even got to see a few deer grazing in the lower yard!

The property is well positioned close to everything in Waynesville and within easy access of the HWY to reach Clyde, Silva and Maggie Valley. The Cabin looks out over a beautiful grassy sloped lot that provided sunset mountain vidogews and lots of room for the dog to run around. The Estate is located in a quiet, residential area with fully paved access. We found the cabin spacious, with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus large wrap around deck. We stayed for one month, and there is no mailbox so I was not able to receive USPS packages, which did cause some confusion on my part due to some Amazon orders. The kitchen could use some improved lighting and a few more cooking utensils, but when I enquired about items we needed, the management team very quickly responded and provided us with what we needed. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet along with the scenery and quick driving access to everywhere we wanted to get to.

Great Place to stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great location and perfect for my small dog. Beautiful view from the deck and house had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Very cute place in a beautiful wooded area. Very quiet and serene. Close to Lake Junaluska, Asheville, Maggie Valley.

Family getaway

Loved the lottle house very cue clean and spaceous, the only thing missing is a hot tub and extra pillos and blankets! Overall great little town convinient marketplace, we will definitely return!

The home was in a nice neighborhood. Bathrooms were upgraded. Cozy and comfortable. I would have liked more outside lighting to enjoy the wrapped around porch

Motorcycle

Great for motorcyclist. Easy access right on the corner with gorgeous views. away from town but close enough to doordash. They deft need numbers on the side of the home would be helpful. Clean, great location, beautiful views.

Serene with great mountain views

The house is about 10 minutes up the mountain from Waynesville with a beautiful view of the mountains, quiet, serene, no traffic, a creek on either side of the house with a deep side porch to rock and enjoy the sunsets. It’s one floor, easy to get around, pet friendly. Large primary bedroom and nice size secondary with 2 baths. Have stayed before and did not disappoint this trip . Needs some upkeep maintenance- but not enough to keep me from coming back. Very clean on arrival with all the basics provided.

Be sure to re-attach heating system heat strips for winter usage. We froze at night for 2 nights until maintenance man re-attached heat strips. We should be compensated for that massive foul up.

4 day stay with kids

I stayed here, having been raised in the mountains of NC with my husband and 2 kids (a 2 year old and infant). Overall the stay was great and the committees with towels, space and the ability to keep it clean was great. The only problem we had was the porch wood had a few splinters which my oldest found after tripping. Despite being in the mountains, the Wi-Fi was mostly stable despite cutting out a couple times but not enough to be inconvenient. It was very homey and I defiantly plan to stay here again when visiting NC again.

Peaceful Get-a-way

The house was very clean and we found the seating and beds to be comfortable. The rental property is as pictured. However, some basic amenities are non-existent such as salt/pepper, aluminum foil, Kleenex and extra wash clothes/bath towels. There is Wi-Fi on the premise, but the network and password given to us was not correct. Even after numerous contacts with Vacasa, this was not remedied in our 4 days stay which severely limited planning of restaurant visits and daily activities. This would not have been an issue if dealing directly with the homeowner or if a basic notebook of information was provided.

Horrible

Nasty. The fireplace didnt work or the dishwasher. Floor had wet spots All over. The fire alarm was not working, no batteries. Missing light bulbs. Moldy refrigerator. Most of all the owners would not answer my comments.
