Note: The property has multiple stair levels including 7 steps to the main door, 14 to the second floor, 12 to the loft, and 13 to the basement. Please keep this in mind for guests with mobility considerations.

The kitchen is well-stocked for everything from slow-cooker mountain stews to post-ski breakfasts. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, full cookware and bakeware, a complete knife block, grilling utensils, and place settings scaled for up to 4 guests. A dishwasher makes cleanup easy so you can get back to the views.



Technology



Two Samsung TVs - a 55" in the main living room and a 46" in the king bedroom - are set up for your favorite streaming and cable content. High-speed Xfinity internet keeps everyone connected when they actually want to be.



Laundry



A full washer and dryer are on-site, which is a genuine luxury when you're packing ski gear for multiple days.



Outdoor



Two grills - one propane with all burners working and a full tank, one charcoal - are ready for outdoor meals with mountain air as your backdrop. A backup key lockbox is located outside the main entrance.



Guest Access:

Self-check-in is simple and seamless. An electronic lock is on the front door. Your code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Parking for 2 vehicles is available on the paved driveway. Note that the driveway is steep - 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended, especially in winter conditions. Your host is available if any questions come up during your stay.

Other Things to Note:

★ The Villages of Wisp is a quiet family-oriented townhouse community located on the WISP ski slopes. Parking spaces are limited to a maximum of TWO (2) vehicles per unit. No exceptions. No trailers, RVs, boats, personal water vessels or buses permitted in the designated parking areas. Failure to abide by this rule may result in towing. Quiet Time begins at 11:00 pm to 8:00 am and includes turning off exterior flood and cafe lights.

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ The driveway is steep - 4WD or AWD strongly recommended in snow and ice

★ Multiple stair levels throughout: 7 steps to main door, 14 to second floor, 12 to the loft, 13 to the basement - not ideal for guests with significant mobility limitations

★ No RV parking available

★ Smoke detector and fire extinguisher on-site (extinguisher located in the kitchen)

★ Community trash dumpster available at the beginning of the block

★ Pet-friendly. Max of 1 dog (up to 70 lbs). There is a pet fee of $75 per pet



The home does not have central air conditioning, which is typical in the Deep Creek Lake area. Summer stays are shaped by the mountain lake climate, with warm days outdoors and naturally cooler evenings supported by fans and open-air ventilation throughout the home.
