Entertainment



The basement is where the fun really comes alive. Challenge each other to a round of pool - triangle, all balls, and at least four cue sticks with tips intact are ready to go. Then warm up on the hockey game for a little friendly competition. With a 52-inch TV anchoring the basement lounge, this level practically runs itself as the social hub of the house.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked and ready for real cooking. You'll find a full range of cookware - saucepans, stockpots, frying pans, roasting pans, baking sheets, loaf pans, and mixing bowls. A coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and stand mixer round out the lineup so you can cook everything from slow-braised dinners to fresh-baked morning treats. Tableware is provided for each guest, including dinner plates, mugs, juice glasses, and wine glasses. A full knife block, cutting boards, and a complete set of grilling utensils mean you won't be hunting for anything when dinner time rolls around.



Technology



Seven TVs are spread throughout the property so every bedroom and common area stays entertained. The main floor living room features a 65-inch smart TV, and additional screens range from 32 to 52 inches across the loft bedrooms and basement. All TVs support streaming and watchable content. High-speed internet is provided through Xfinity.



Laundry



A washer and dryer are on-site and available for your use - a big plus for longer stays with a large group.



Outdoor



Step out to the main level back deck where a fully equipped propane grill awaits - all burners working, grill mat and cover(Propane refills are the guest's responsibility.) Out back you'll also find a wood-burning fire pit and a hot tub, creating the perfect outdoor evening setup whether it's a crisp autumn night or a clear summer sky overhead.



Guest Access:

Beau Chateau offers self-check-in for a stress-free arrival. Parking accommodates up to 8 vehicles plus RV parking - plenty of room even for the biggest group road trips. Please note the driveway is narrow in sections, and four-wheel drive is recommended depending on seasonal conditions. Road salt and a snow shovel are on-site for winter visits.

Other Things to Note:

★ No pets allowed

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees. (smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout)

★ HOA community - please respect quiet hours and community guidelines

★ Multiple stair sets throughout the property: 4 stairs to main entrance, 15 stairs to the loft level, 15 stairs to the basement - not ideal for guests with significant mobility limitations

★ Driveway is narrow - four-wheel drive recommended, particularly in winter conditions

★ Fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink

★ Dumpster access available at the end of Shingle Camp Rd
