In the middle of the beautiful Akazienkiez, fourth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR), with a balcony in the front building and a view of the Schöneberg town hall, from where John F. Kennedy said in 1963: I am a Berliner!

A luxury apartment with spacious rooms, old building charm and designer furniture awaits you.

I was born in Berlin and live in this apartment. As a tennis player, I travel a lot to tournaments and therefore rent out the apartment.

The accommodation
The apartment is located in one of the many old buildings that are typical of the Akazienkietz. The apartment was renovated within the last year and equipped with new designer furniture.

The approximately 30 square meter living room leads off the hallway, with beautiful original floorboards and stucco ceilings. This is followed by a cozy balcony from which you have a beautiful view over the quiet side street of the neighborhood all the way to the Schöneberg town hall, from where John F. Kennedy said in 1963: "I am a Berliner".

The bedroom, which is also approximately 30 square meters in size, leads off the living room. There you will find a 160 x 200 cm queen-size four-poster bed surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. Next to the bed there is a large rocking chair in which you can plan your sightseeing tour in Berlin or enjoy a nice book under the illuminated plants. After your Berlin tour, you can let yourself be kneaded in the massage chair, which is also in the bedroom, or you can jump straight into the hammock that I brought with me from a vacation in Brazil. My Antonio Ruben guitar, which I learned to play, is available for all guitarists.

Opposite the four-poster bed there is a large teak wardrobe in which your clothes for your stay in Berlin will certainly find space.

To the left of it is the charming desk made of dark walnut, where all you have to do is connect your laptop to the monitor (you don't have to bring a monitor with you, I leave it on the desk, as shown in the photo) to use your Berlin home office to be able to work.

The new bathroom and the new kitchen adjoin the hallway. The cute bathroom (approx. 9 square meters) has a shower where you can pamper yourself and a mirror cabinet for your beauty products.

The kitchen, with a wooden bar made of cherry wood, invites you to cook and eat. In the cupboards you will find all the kitchen tools you need to conjure up a delicious meal. All your fresh purchases will fit in the approximately 2 meter high refrigerator.

If you don't want to miss out on a good espresso in the morning, the new Nespresso machine is available.

All the friends I've had to visit here have said that it's simply the coolest apartment they've ever seen... Just see for yourself. I would be happy to answer your questions and help you feel at home.

The radiators throughout the apartment are equipped with Smart Home thermostats so that the correct temperature can be set in the rooms at any time. The thermostats are controlled via Alexa.

Access for guests
Access to the front building is possible directly from the street. The apartment is on the fourth floor (WITHOUT ELEVATOR) and is therefore NOT suitable for people with mobility restrictions.

Other important information
I would be happy to leave you my two yoga mats + yoga places in the closet so that you can enjoy the large wall mirror for your morning practice.
